We are now in a world of a digital era where we are going to use only our mobile phones to buy things, watch movies, connect with other people, play games, and almost all of the things that we can do is in a tiny little phone or computer.
Most of the businesses now have adopted in a digital era but there are some that didn't adopt in the past because of many reasons but thinking about now, in the digital era, almost all of the things that people wants and/or needs are inside in a digital world.
Just like how we buy things online, we study different kinds of topics online, or even connecting to our friends or families if we were far away from them. The digital era makes our lives more easier that what we used before and there are more and more new products that people innovate along the years of studying.
Well, we can say that there are many businesses that survive and thrive in a digital era but there are also other businesses that didn't survive in a digital era. Some were new businesses that thrive to adapt in a digital world.
Just like the Nokia brand of phone, in the past, they dominated the world using their phones and most people were using it but they failed to adapt in a digital era and their business plummeted because they have many competitors that adapted in the digital world.
Also, Kodak, this company business is one of the most famous business in the world and in fact, people are invested here before because they can see their photo cards after taking photos in them using Kodak but failed to prosper their business as they declined on adapting in a digital world.
There are other businesses that also prosper and one of the most famous business that prosper is this Netflix, it's a widely known application that users can watch videos, movies, cartoons, anime, and etc. That people can watched anytime and anywhere comfortably.
As for me, these business that thrive are mostly using an application for this and it's a great success for them of that kind of ideas and brainstorming to make it happen. We only need ideas and we also need to implement these ideas because it may prosper in a digital era because if we don't implement these ideas, we will be getting ahead from other people who have similar ideas that you have.

I have seen a short video that the owner/founder of Netflix is actually the owner of a movie rental (DVD) business before. Great they adapted Digital era and the innovation is a success!
I feel bad for Nokia. It was our first love in mobile phone. It's a pity they didn't adapt android.
