Chapitre 3.1 : L'Éveil des Abysses

Alors que Lunaris prospérait sous la lueur protectrice de la lune, un autre pouvoir, plus ancien et plus sombre, commençait à s'agiter dans les profondeurs des océans noirs. Les mers obsidiennes, autrefois calmes et silencieuses, se mirent à frémir d'une énergie inquiétante. Les survivants qui osaient s'aventurer près des côtes rapportaient des récits de vagues gigantesques et de murmures étranges, comme si les abysses eux-mêmes parlaient.

Élisée, désormais reine de Lunaris, sentait cette perturbation dans l'air. Les nuits devenaient plus froides, et la lueur de la lune semblait parfois vaciller, comme si une force invisible cherchait à l'éteindre. Elle convoqua les anciens du village, ceux qui avaient survécu à la chute du Premier Monde et qui portaient encore les cicatrices de cette époque.

"Les abysses s'éveillent," murmura l'un des anciens, ses yeux emplis d'une peur ancienne. "Le Dieu de la Mer, que nous pensions endormi pour l'éternité, se réveille. Il cherche à reprendre ce qui lui appartient."

Élisée, déterminée à protéger son peuple, décida d'envoyer une expédition pour explorer les côtes et découvrir la source de ces perturbations. Elle choisit un groupe de ses meilleurs guerriers et de ses plus sages conseillers, menés par Kael, un ancien soldat devenu son bras droit.

L'expédition partit à l'aube, sous une lune pâle et tremblante. Ils marchèrent pendant des jours, traversant des terres désolées et des ruines anciennes, jusqu'à ce qu'ils atteignent les rives des mers noires. Là, ils découvrirent une scène qui les glaça d'effroi : les eaux, autrefois calmes, bouillonnaient maintenant avec une fureur insensée. Des créatures étranges, mi-poissons, mi-humains, émergeaient des profondeurs, leurs yeux brillant d'une lueur maléfique.

Kael et ses compagnons se préparèrent au combat, mais avant qu'ils ne puissent engager l'ennemi, une voix retentit dans leurs esprits, une voix profonde et résonnante, comme le grondement des vagues contre les falaises.

"Vous qui avez survécu à la chute du feu, vous qui avez trouvé refuge dans l'ombre, sachez que votre temps est compté. Le Dieu de la Mer revient, et avec lui, le déluge qui engloutira tout."

Élisée, restée à Lunaris, sentit un frisson parcourir son corps alors qu'elle recevait le message de Kael. Elle savait que le temps était venu de faire un choix : se cacher dans l'ombre et espérer que la tempête passe, ou affronter le Dieu de la Mer et risquer tout ce qu'elle avait construit.

While Lunaris thrived under the protective glow of the moon, another power, older and darker, began to stir in the depths of the black oceans. The obsidian seas, once calm and silent, started to tremble with unsettling energy. Survivors who dared venture near the shores brought back tales of gigantic waves and strange whispers, as though the very abyss itself was speaking.

Élisée, now queen of Lunaris, sensed this disturbance in the air. The nights were growing colder, and the moon's light sometimes seemed to flicker, as if an invisible force sought to extinguish it. She summoned the village elders, those who had survived the fall of the First World and still bore the scars of that time.

"The abyss awakens," murmured one of the elders, his eyes filled with an ancient fear. "The God of the Sea, whom we thought asleep for eternity, is waking. He seeks to reclaim what is his."

Determined to protect her people, Élisée decided to send an expedition to explore the shores and discover the source of these disturbances. She chose a group of her finest warriors and wisest advisers, led by Kael, a former soldier who had become her right hand.

The expedition set out at dawn, under a pale and trembling moon. They walked for days, crossing barren lands and ancient ruins, until they reached the shores of the black seas. There, they discovered a scene that chilled them with terror: the waters, once calm, now boiled with insane fury. Strange creatures, half-fish, half-human, emerged from the depths, their eyes glowing with malevolent light.

Kael and his companions prepared for battle, but before they could engage the enemy, a voice rang out in their minds, a deep and resonant voice, like the rumble of waves crashing against cliffs.

"You who survived the fall of fire, you who sought refuge in the shadow, know that your time is short. The God of the Sea returns, and with him, the flood that will engulf all."

Élisée, who remained in Lunaris, felt a shiver run through her body as she received Kael's message. She knew the time had come to make a choice: to hide in the shadow and hope the storm would pass, or to face the God of the Sea and risk everything she had built.
