All of these are OK. As long as he follows the community rules, he's ok to be curated and rewarded. As long as he's posting his own original content and sourcing content correctly, and not blatantly spamming, he can post as much as he wants (freedom of speech). The spaminator issue was addressed a couple of months ago as well.
Now, if he breaks our rules in the future, then we'll stop curating/rewarding.
