This week is all about reliving the golden era of music, where legendary artists shaped the sounds we still love today. From powerful ballads, R&B, to energetic pop hits, the 90s gave us anthems that continue to inspire musicians across generations.
So far, I’ve been absolutely blown away by the incredible covers I’ve seen! The talents in this community is nothing short of amazing—every single performance brings something unique to the table. It’s always a pleasure to see how y'all interpret classic songs in your own style, adding fresh creativity to timeless tracks. Keep up the fantastic work!
That being said, I’d love to see even more exciting collaborations! Imagine two vocalists harmonizing on a tune, two instrumentalists complementing each other’s skills, or perhaps a dynamic duo featuring a singer and an instrumentalist. How cool would that be?
Just picture a guitarist strumming those 90's melodies while a vocalist pours their heart into the lyrics. It would add another layer of depth and energy to the performances!
What do you all think?, just my suggestion though, Music is meant to be shared, and combining talents could lead to breathtaking performances that highlight each artist’s strengths. So, if you’ve ever thought about collaborating with someone, this might be the perfect time to reach out and create something special together!

● 5% Beneficiary Contribution
● Up-to-Date Promo Video on a Public Web2 Platform – Each participant is expected to post a promotional video every month on a public platform (like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter). I guess we all know the purpose of that.
● Ensure Your Video is Accessible – Your promo video must not be private, deleted, or unavailable. This is crucial to ensure transparency and visibility. If your video is missing or inaccessible, it won’t be considered valid for the top10 nomination.
● Mention the Current Week Number [week29] in Your Video, also when recording, don’t forget to clearly state the current week (Week 29 in this case). This helps keep track of entries and ensures everything is organized properly.
● Live Performances Only – No Editing Tricks! All submissions should be authentic, unedited live performances. No autotune, or excessive post-production effects! The goal is to showcase raw talent and musical skill as if you were performing on stage in front of a live audience.
● You have the option to set your reward distribution to either 50/50 or 100% Hive Power Up.
By keeping these rules in mind, we can maintain an engaging, transparent, and fair space where everyone gets the recognition they deserve.
