Hello everybody on HIVE, and especially the Vibes Community. My name is Jasper, and I'm writing (and singing) to you from Cape Town, South Africa! Welcome to Week 12 of the Vibes Web3 Music Competition!
This week we have a theme: Pain! That fits perfectly with an original song I have written called “Old Flame”.
It describes the feeling of when you're just about to get over an ex-lover, and then they show up back in your life all over again! The pain of remembering why it had to end, and trying to stay strong with that decision and not fall back into a toxic trap… I wonder if this will resonate with you?

You're very welcome, this song is indeed deserving more public playtime, and yeah I enjoy writing initial reactions to people's performances in rhyme poetic form, especially when I am inspired to do so.
