My top 3 entries for week 30

Vibes web 3 music competition, I'm glad to be here again to give my 2 cents on week 30's entries. This week had almost everyone on their A game, like 60% of the participants came through with amazing performances (that's beyond average and a pass mark 😉). The judges really have a tough one to do this week, I really don't envy them at all 😅. I went through loads of entries and there were three musicians who stood out for me.

In no particular order, the first person is @meyateingi. She performed Creep by Radiohead, she's got so much soul and sang with a lot of emotions. She made the song hers and I really felt every word she sang. She has a really good vocal control, the song has quite a lot of dynamics and she was able to do this smoothly gliding through major to minor notes then back to major notes. She was really amazing, do well to check her entry here

The second entry that caught my eye was done by @sleemfit, he performed John Legend's song You & I. Sleem is actually becoming one of my favourites on here, he's been consistent with his performances week in, week out and that's one reason he was my best for week 29. He is a true musician in my opinion, his performance was truly remarkable with no glitch at all. Like I said in my review of his performance for the last edition, he's a disciplined singer. He doesn't have to do too much, he knows when to add riffs or runs and doesn't just put it all over the place. His performance was well arranged and his voice shone through. Sleemfit's got soul, his vocals are so smooth and I'm so sure if John Legend gets a chance to see his cover, He'd be so proud. Y'all check his entry here 👇

Last but not the least, another entry that caught my eye and really got my attention is by super talented singer @tenesha. She performed Everything I wanted by "Billie Eillish". Ten has got a really unique voice and girl knows how to sing with it, it's not your regular kinda voice and that makes it even more special. She sang this song effortlessly like it was her who wrote it, her tone is special, silky smooth and just like a breath of fresh air. I'm so glad to have come across her entry, she seems like a really chill person. She really eased through the song and it was beautiful to listen to😌, really soothing , check it out here 👇
