Hello, vibers!
For this week's Web 3 music competition, week 28, I’m excited to share my saxophone cover of the song "Alade Ogo." This song, which translates to "King of Glory," holds a lot of significance for me. It's a beautiful blend of praise and worship, with its powerful lyrics reflecting reverence and awe for the Almighty. Through this instrumental cover, I aim to capture the song’s essence by letting the saxophone do the singing. There’s something special about the way music without words can still touch the soul and inspire worship.
Unfortunately, I've faced some unexpected challenges over the past few days. My phone, which I primarily used to access my Web 3 account, got damaged, and I lost access to my platform. As a result, I won’t be able to upload or manage my entries the usual way for the time being. But instead of letting that stop me, I’ve found a temporary solution. A good friend of mine, who is also a participant in this competition, has generously allowed me to use his platform to make my entry this week.
This friend of mine will be quite busy with other commitments, so he won’t be entering this week, giving me the opportunity to temporarily utilize his account. I am very grateful to him for stepping in at such short notice and helping me stay active in this competition. While this isn’t my usual setup, I’m hopeful that I’ll be back on my own platform once I sort out the phone situation. I appreciate your understanding as I navigate through these temporary difficulties.
Please enjoy the sax rendition of "Alade Ogo," and I hope the melody speaks to your heart just as much as the original song’s message. Your support, as always, means the world to me, and I look forward to continuing to share my music with you through whatever means necessary. Thank you for your patience, and a big shout-out to my friend for helping me keep my musical journey moving forward despite the hurdles.
Looking forward to your feedback and hoping for the best in this week’s competition!
This a beautiful entry kudos to you. Sad hearing about your phone I hope you got it fixed real soon🙏
Amen oooo. Thanks for your concern
