I know for sure that many have in one way or the other contributed to the growth of our lovely community, which of course will be beneficial to everyone.
This is an encouragement to anyone that has a lovely idea that will bring about the positive growth of our community both online and offline.

All the necessary information about VTH (Vibes Talent Hunt)
Here is the plan I have mapped out for the success of onboarding 100 people to Vibes from the Universities (This is just the beginning!):
- Registration for this onboarding talent scout event would kick in from the 10th of January 2025, and it'll stop on the 13th of January 2025. Registration involves the collection of data of all interested musically talented participants and also their stage numbering.
- Auditioning phases of talent scouting through the registered participants will be held on the 18th of January, after which the first phase of the contest takes place on the 22nd of January 2025.
- The final phase where the prize winners will be selected will be on the 25th of January.
How does this benefit vibes community?
- This program will bring out the top young fresh talented musicians from their hiding holes on university campuses, especially the musician freshmen that are both curious, and passionate to discover new things on campus.
- With the mouth-watering prizes, a multitude of musicians will be excited to participate and also be interested in sustaining this. And since I am a vocal coach and connected to many music organisations, gathering the numbers to onboard both Quantity and Quality will be achieved with ease.
- At the end of each of the programs, as mentioned above, I and other Vibes witnesses will share our testimony about Vibes, and how it has bettered the lives of many through community support, gathered the involvement of several talented international celebrity artists now like Sam Feldt and Enio Formula, creative growth, the prize money and participation curation rewards and sub-contests from onboarding to promo videos to being present in the Spaces for the winner‘s announcements.
The testimonies add validity and trigger genuine interest and intrigue.
They'll totally be interested in the contest as seeing is believing.
The contest, the prizes, and the testifiers are enough proof for them to see the light in Vibes Web 3 music competition with reason to stay active long term in the community.
Why is 250 USD needed as the capital to see to the success of this?
- 100HBD will be used for the prizes. (1st goes home with 80 thousand of naira, second goes home with 50 thousand of naira, third goes home with 30 thousand of naira.
- Designers will be paid to design posters that will be stationed at strategic spots on the university campus where the most traffic of music students will be. At least 10-15 posters will be needed)These posters will attract the right participants.
- The venue to be used must have musical gadgets like speakers, sound systems, musical instruments like microphones, piano, and a power source, i.e., generator. The cost is usually high.
- For each program, there will be light refreshments for the judges. The judges will be the Vibes witnesses from the Vibes Community. People who I have successfully onboarded and those who have won top 6 before.
- Large winners' posters need to be designed. These posters will be presented to the winners with the amount of prizes won and also the names of the winners after the competition.
- A popular campus blog will be paid to promote the upcoming contest through the university‘s social media platform.
- Printing of clothes having vibes and hive logo as a form of campaign and awareness. Myself and other Vibes witnesses will always have this on each time we appear for the VTH (vibes talent hunt event)
What is the purpose of VTH (vibes talent hunt)?
- It'll create awareness about Vibes on campus here.
- More people will, through vibes, join hive and, in the long run, add value to hive blockchain.
Target Audience
- Musicians (vocalists, rappers, and instrumentalists
Target number of onboardees
- At least 75-100
All the processes will be recorded, and weekly updates will be dropped in the vibes community.
Ideas will be welcomed from everyone of us as the purpose of this talent hunt is to see to the growth of Vibes community.

It's a talent hunt sponsored by Vibes and it will be held in AAUA (Adekunle Ajasin University, ondo state, Nigeria)
