Hey y'all!
This week was an interesting one with regards to the choice of song to cover.
I explored quite a number of songs in Sam Feldt's discography and boy, was I confused.😅
I even had two of my good friends @vocal.journey1 and @babymoyin suggest songs they thought suited me.
While they were wonderful choices, I somehow couldn't find the time to score them untillllll yesterday when I found "Stronger by Sam Feldt (ft. Kesha)".
I found it quite catchy and easy to learn.
"'Stronger' is more than just a song - it's an anthem of resilience and empowerment. The moment the beat drops, you're enveloped in a wave of determination and courage. Kesha's powerful vocals soar as she sings about rising above the darkness and emerging stronger on the other side.

I will be the first to tell you that you have such a gorgeous voice
Not only is it a unique texture and tone, but it is naturally you
You performed this cover song really well and it was a strong showing by you
Because I care about the music, and your growth as an artist
I have a few suggestions and critiques to share with you
Your intro was so low, I couldn't understand what you were saying barely
Please perform live and with no Pre-recorded vocals, clearly the recording is louder than how it would sound if you performed it live
But you could easily do it in one take like you know you can
Because you are a skilled professional singer
The sound effect with the bassy robotic low tone voice sounded unnatural and took away from your beautiful natural vocals
Maybe you liked the sound of it, it is a preference thing
But you sang it solo by yourself in the beginning really superbly without it
Also, the music instrumental backing track is quite loud, which somewhat buried your singing at times
I hope what I have shared helps you in the future.
