On one hand, it is indeed a shame that neither Sony or Microsoft have used their futuristic racer IPs again when they have been recently clamored for now than ever (maybe they still see it as "risky" in sales...and nowadays they don't take those risks anymore). I remember playing A LOT of Wipeout Pulse on the PSP.
On the other hand, while there is no NEW F-Zero game yet...not only today's Switch 2 direct showed a SEQUEL to Fast RMX dropping for it (Fast Fusion)...but also showed F-Zero GX returning with the GC games coming to Switch 2's Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pack on launch.
But yeah, it is wonderful that other developers do their best to put together games that satiate the spirit of F-Zero while trying their own ideas to make them unique.
