Even in Japan there is a theme park about Nintendo and more focused on the Mario Bros universe, located in Universal Studios Japan. But it will open its doors in 2023 with a possible delay until 2015 depending on the COVID-19 pandemic.
Undoubtedly, this charismatic character had and still has his moment of fame, which has positioned him in the market and in most hearts, people know him whether he is a recurrent player or has never played a game in his life, he is a symbol and today, March 10, his existence is commemorated.

A día de hoy posee al menos 3 juegos diferentes por cada consola distribuida por Nintendo que poseen a este fontanero y el universo que le rodea. Ya con los años este mismo universo del Reino Champiñón se ha extendido a crossovers y temáticas ajenas al fontanero pero teniendo aun así un gran vinculo con sus orígenes.

El impacto que consolido Mario al mercado no ayudo solamente a Nintendo a ser lo que es al día de hoy, si no, también a toda la industria del videojuego, fue uno de los ganchos mas importantes a nivel comercial, social y de entretenimiento; llevó a cambiar la manera como se interpretaba un juego, como debía ser y cual era el rumbo que se tenia que tomar, quizás en sus inicios solo cubría uno o dos géneros las plataformas y los puzzles, pero, ahora cubre desde géneros de deportes, carreras, juegos de mesa, misterio, acción e incluso a nuestro plano mas real con elementos mas físicos gracias a su expansión con los Amiibos, su alianza con Lego y otras franquicias.LEGO® Super Mario™
Inclusive en Japón existe un parque temático sobre Nintendo y mas centrado en el universo de Mario Bros, esta ubicado en Universal Studios Japan. Pero que abrirá sus puertas en el 2023 con posible atraso hasta el 2015 dependiendo de la pandemia del COVID-19.
Es indudable que este carismático personaje tuvo y sigue teniendo su momento de fama, que lo ha posicionado en el mercado y en la mayoría de los corazones, la gente lo conoce sea jugador recurrente o nunca haya tocado un juego en su vida, es un símbolo y hoy 10 de marzo se conmemora su existencia.
