Digimon World Next Order is a Digital Pet simulator game where you take care of your Digimon needs while recruiting Digimon to the City and building it along the way.
Digimon World Next Order is a modern sequel to the beloved first entry of the Digimon World series. This time, you manage two Digimon at a time instead of one! The scope of the world is also bigger, and there are more recruitable and obtainable Digimon. The soundtrack is very nostalgic with many tracks being remasters of Digimon World 1 OST. Still, the original had more charm in the moment-to-moment experience.

In this session I unlock the Ohguino Wasteland area, by recruiting GrapLeomon. He asked me to help Leomon who's on the Meaty Troopers side of the area. On the way, I meet Agumon who thinks I'm a spy for the Veggie Troopers.
After some exploration, I found my way into Faulty Ex Machina area, and battled Kurocchi (Blue Greymon) and Kurorin (Black Garurumon) who digivolved from their Rookie forms. I beat them at first, but they destroyed me on the rematch!
Back to the city, I finally meet GrapLeomon, and discovered that he's a master of Digivolution, and can tell me which of my partners is closer to which Digivolution!
