Looking at these reviews I was like: "Wow, people are really pissed at Sony."

Are you sure the website's name doesn't skew the ratings against the company though? With a name like that, people who are angry are more likely to review. Though to be honest, I think that in itself is valuable information!

    Glad to know that it's neutral... I think the name itself won't attract neutral results, but as I said that's still valuable information.
