A great action adventure game
I remember many experiences I had in the past when I had the PS1, they really marked my life and I still remember with excitement and nostalgia, only video game lovers will understand me, one of them is Dino crisis 2 a fascinating game, which for those times were some of the best games on the console, I played the prequel and I liked it too much establishing itself as a unique game in its time, for those moments I only heard very positive reviews from my friends about the game, I waited anxiously for this second part, I had an incredible time while I was playing it and the satisfaction was huge, epic moments of my life.
The story follows a year after the events of the first Dino Crisis, the mad scientists are still working on the third energy, something incredible happens, the research base disappears and travels back in time to the past (good if the game is interesting for the terrifying and striking dinosaurs, now they add portals and time travel, this makes it much more charming) to rescue the staff and seek information from the third energy, are sent by a portal through time a team of special forces called T. R.A.T. we will take control again of the intrepid Regina and Dylan, we will play with both of them in different moments of the adventure, this makes the game more dynamic and fun since each one has different personalities, way of thinking and fighting, the emotion and the experience, is beautiful.
In one sequence we see when we arrive at a jungle, they set up camp and are attacked by a herd of Velociraptors, drama, action, and euphoria take over the situation, the other members of the team are devoured, it is carnage, the shots are not enough to stop such animals, suddenly the great tyrannosaurus arrives, this majestic animal is terrible, a second character named David appears and shoots a missile at the dinosaur's eye, but it is not enough to eliminate it, everyone flees and is separated by the chaos of the moment, the cinematics for those moments is visually amazing, it made me dive into a real Jurassic world.
I begin my adventure and to know the skills of each character, as fast side steps to dodge, faster turn to aim, hit and run, I notice that the movements are faster than the first installment, but our enemy is aggressive and fierce, the game gives us a powerful arsenal of weapons to defend ourselves, guns, machine guns, shotguns, flamethrowers, mines, etc. This time we will have two protagonists and each one uses different weaponry, for example with Regina I can use two submachine guns, one in each hand, releasing a raft of very fast shots, it is exciting to shoot two guns at once and when the terrible dinosaurs came very close I used an electric stunner, while with Dylan use an energy ray gun and a sword to defend myself in the melee, the game is loaded with action, shooting and moments of adrenaline, excellent gameplay, I did not feel boredom at any time,
The fun does not diminish in the game at any time, while we annihilate dinosaurs we earn points that serve us to buy, armaments, ammunition, and medicine kit when I felt more confident in my skills I faced more often to dinosaurs and did not run so much hahaha. I liked to show off my fast movements, dodging and shooting the Velociraptors in different positions, these become a real headache just like the flying ones, the game uses static cameras, there is a scene that I found sensational and beautiful when I was walking through the green jungle and behind the trees, I could see the majestic Tyrannosaurus walking naturally in its habitat, they are beautiful details that give the game an extra attraction.
In the video game, you can see more variety of dinosaurs compared to the prequel, you can see the fearsome Velociraptor, Ultraraptor, Triceratops, Plesiosaurus among others, but the ones that every time they appear and made me feel terror are the great Tyrannosaurus and Giganotosaurus which is much larger than the first, by God how amazing there is a sequence where the two face each other, it is a fight of titans, leaving victorious the Giganotosaurus, the moment is amazing.
The graphics are very good and spectacular, well done for its time, the designs of the scenarios are beautiful and with details that make you feel in a real Jurassic environment, the green of the undergrowth, trees, flora, in general, attract attention, without forgetting the excellent soundtrack, helping to create a suitable atmosphere, the music, the roars of the animals that make you tense, the gunshots, all coupled to give a beautiful feeling, on the other hand, as we advance in the adventure we know more in-depth the personalities of the main characters that end up giving the story an extra attraction and seduction.
In conclusion, Dino crisis 2 has excellent gameplay, it is worth noting the level of fun, with an original and creative story that makes us want more, with beautiful graphics that make you appreciate the green Jurassic scenarios, the quality of all aspects of the game are undeniable, one of the best games I played on the PS1 console, if you have not had the opportunity to play it, I recommend it.

Un gran juego de acción y aventura
Recuerdo muchas experiencias que tuve en el pasado cuando tuve la PS1, de verdad que marcaron mi vida y que todavía recuerdo con emoción y nostalgia, solo los amantes a los videojuegos me entenderán, uno de ellos es Dino crisis 2 un juego fascinante, que para esos tiempos eran unos de los mejores juego de la consola, juegue la precuela y me gusto demasiado estableciéndose como un juego único en su tiempo, para esos momentos solo escuchaba críticas muy positivas de mis amigos sobre el juego, espere ansioso está segunda parte, la pase increíble mientras lo pasaba y la satisfacción era descomunal, momentos épicos de mi vida.
La historia sigue un año después de los hechos del primer Dino crisis, los científicos locos siguen trabajando sobre la tercera energía, ocurre algo increíble la base de investigación se desaparece y viaja en el tiempo al pasado (buenos si el juego es interesante por los aterradores y llamativos dinosaurios, ahora le agregan portales y viajes en el tiempo, esto lo vuelve mucho más encantador) para rescatar al personal y buscar información de la tercera energía, son enviados por un portal atreves del tiempo un equipo de fuerzas especiales llamadas T.R.A.T. tomaremos control nuevamente de la intrépida Regina y Dylan, jugaremos con los dos en distintos momentos de la aventura, esto hace al juego más dinámico y divertidos, ya que cada uno tiene diferentes personalidades, forma de pensar y pelear, la emoción y la experiencia es hermosa.
En una secuencia se observa cuando llegamos a una selva, se levantan un campamento y son atacados por una manada de Velociraptores, el drama, la acción y la euforia se apoderan de la situación, los demás miembros del equipo son devorados, es una carnicería, los disparos no son suficientes para detener a semejantes animales, de ponto llega el gran tiranosaurio, este majestuoso animal sí que es terrible, aparece un personaje segundario llamado David y le dispara un misil al ojo del dinosaurio, pero no es sufíjente para eliminarlo, todos huyen y son separados por el caos del momento, la cinemática para esos momentos es asombrosa visualmente, hizo que me sumergiera en un verdadero mundo jurásico.
Empiezo mi aventura y a conocer las habilidades de cada personaje, como rápidos pasos laterales para esquivar, giros más rápido para apuntar, golpear y correr, noto que los movimientos son más rápido que la primera entrega, pero nuestro enemigo es agresivo y feroz, el juego nos da un arsenal de armamentos poderoso para defendernos, pistolas, ametralladoras, escopetas, lanzallamas, minas etc. Esta vez tendremos dos protagonistas y cada uno usa armamento diferente, por ejemplo con Regina puedo usar dos subfusiles, uno en cada mano, soltando una rafa de disparos muy rápidos, es emocionante disparar dos armas a la vez y cuando los terribles dinosaurios se me acercaban mucho usaba un aturdidor eléctrico, mientras que con Dylan use un arma de rayos de energía y una espada para defenderme en el cuerpo a cuerpo, el juego está cargado de acción, disparos y momentos de adrenalina,excelente jugabilidad, no sentí aburrimiento en ningún momento,
La diversión no disminuye en el juego en ningún momento, mientras aniquilamos dinosaurios ganamos puntos que nos sirven para comprar, armamentos, municiones y kit de medicinas, cuando me sentí con más confianza en mis destrezas me enfrentaba con más frecuencia a los dinosaurios y no corría tanto jajaja. Me gustaba hacer gala de mis movimientos rápidos, esquivando y disparando a los Velociraptores en diferentes posiciones, estos se convierten en un verdadero dolor de cabeza igual que los que vuelan,el juego usa cámaras estáticas, hay una escena que me pareció sensacional y hermosa cuando caminaba por la verde selva y atrás de los árboles se veía caminando al majestuoso Tiranosaurio de forma natural en su habita, son hermoso detalles que dan al juego una atracción más.
En el videojuego se ven más variedad de dinosaurios en comparación con la precuela, se aprecia el temible Velociraptor, Ultraraptor, Triceratops, Plesiosaurus entre otros, pero los que cada vez que aparecen y me hacían sentir terror son el gran Tiranosaurio y Giganotosaurus que es mucho más grande que el primero, por Dios que sorprendente, de hecho hay una secuencia donde los dos se enfrentan, es una pelea de titanes, saliendo victorioso el Giganotosaurus, el momento es alucinante.
Las gráficas son muy buenas y espectaculares, bien logradas para sus tiempos, los diseños de los escenarios se ven hermosos y con detalles que te hacen sentir en un verdadero ambiente jurásico, el verde de la maleza, de los árboles, de la flora en general atraen la atención, sin olvidar la banda sonora que es excelente, ayudando a crear una atmosfera adecuada, la música, los rugidos de los animales que te ponen tenso, los disparos, todos se acopla para dar una hermosa sensación, por otro lado, mientras que avanzamos en la aventura conocemos más a profundidad las personalidades de los personajes principales que terminan por darle a la historia una atracción y seducción extra.
En conclusión Dino crisis 2 tiene una jugabilidad excelente, cabe destacar el nivel de diversión, con una historia original y creativa que nos hace querer más, con gráficas hermosas que hacen apreciar los verdes escenarios jurásicos, la calidad de todos los aspectos del videojuego son innegable, unos de los mejores videojuegos que jugué en la consola de PS1, si no has tenido la oportunidad de jugarlo, se los recomiendo.

Aunque no lo probé cuando tuve un Playstation One (Era muy chico y mis intereses en Videojuegos eran un poco más tontos) años después me regalaron un Xperia Play y este fue uno de los juegos que intenté emular en el, era bastante fantástico, tomaba los controles de Resident Evil y los llevaba a un contexto diferente en el que igual funcionaba, gráficamente también es bastante espectacular.
Si el juego fantástico amigo, yo tuve la oportunidad de jugarlo en la PS1 y se ve gráficamente muy bien, que bueno que lo hayas jugado la jugabilidad es de las mejores, saludos.
How rare was this dino crisis, it was very good, that's for sure. The one that was a strange thing and a catastrophe was the third one, that one liquidated the saga. I hope Capcom makes a remake or a new release, it could be the best, but not like the third game, that's what I would ask for.

NOOOOOO, siempre sacas post que me hacen sufrir de nostalgia y recordar todos esos juegos de antaño, recuerdo Dino Crisis 2 a la perfección y como lo había jugado emulado en mi PC patata a 15fps, pero para mí seguía siendo perfecto. Definitivamente un juegazo.
