This has been one of the best weekends we've had, since we moved to the UK. We did a couple of chores, made food and then spent the rest of it in bed.
I've been trying to get involved with stuff my wife likes while also introducing her to my world. So, yesterday, after we watched a couple of TV series, we then proceeded to play videogames for the rest of the evening.
We started the day with WWE2K24 or something like that. Basically, it's the official videogame of the WWE and features all your usual superstars as playable characters. I actually got the game for free from my PS Plus subscription and well, it's nice. We played as a tag team against boys that I have to say, are more difficult than I envisaged.
I struggled to win fatal four way fights against bots and my theory is that the bots do everything possible to let each other win. I enjoyed dishing out an ass whooping though.
After that, we then played call of duty for a while. We played some small map modes as single players but then, a long the way, I found out there's a split screen mode included in the game. So, we also played that for a while.
In Black Ops 6, we played the prop hunt and that was a lot of fun. We also played the squid game mode. Speaking of squidgames mode, we also downloaded Fortnite on the spot to play it. There was also split screen mode included, which I must say, was very surprising for me.
We rounded up the day with what I'd say is our favourite game, it takes two. We survived two back to back boss bottles and a hilarious fighting scene on top of a makeshift aircraft powered by underwear. Honestly, the game is incredible.
After that, we went back to watching sitcom for the rest of the night rolling into the new day. It was an amazing weekend and I hope all my weekends are like this.

It is always fun to do something I love with the people who I love. Though my other family members are not fond of games much, I do spent a lot of time playing Mortal Kombat 11 with my little brother.
I use to play MK11 with my wife. Instead of that, I decided to always play games that we're on the same team
