The intel from Da Nang mentioned the name Anton Volkov, revealing a connection to Perseus. One of Volkov's minions, Franz Kraus was set to meet with Volkov in East Berlin. It was perfect opportunity to shed some light on Perseus's plans.

Bell and Adler were sent for this mission along with some more crew members where I got to play Bell to Kill or Capture Volkov.

It was February 24, 1981, at East Berlin, German Democratic Republic and we were on a running train. Park advised us to get ready after passing under the wall into East Berlin.

As the train slowed down, I had to jump off the running train from the back following Adler. And we had to be careful as East German guards still patrol these abandoned stations.

There was a patrol ahead at the right side and we used a train to slip past so they don't see us. I noticed I only had a handgun with silencer so I understood this was gonna be a silent mission.

We got movements on the platform and Adler suggested we'd take them down quietly so I shot one of them and took him down with a headshot. But more of them came out and started shooting. After taking care of them, we found this ladder to get out of there.

There were GDR soldiers there who noticed us so we had to play cool. Adler was saying he works for the railroad and was asking to let him show his ID. I grabbed Adler's gun from his back and I shot those soldiers.

After hiding the bodies, we went for this building that was in our plan.

After getting to the roof, we had to be careful for the spotlight and it looked like a prison area with lots of checkpoints. Adler asked me to keep an eye on that checkpoint as Kraus would be coming trough any time.

A car reached the checkpoint so I used the camera to check for Kraus. The man in that car was not Kraus so I started looking around when Adler was getting worried that Kraus would miss his meeting with Volkov if the security detain him.

We found Kraus at last and we started to move after that when Adler got confirmed of Park's status.

Adler confirmed our intel says Kraus and Volkov will meet at the bar across the street so I was sent to the bar to meet the CIA's contact who should have a blue umbrella.

It was raining outside and the realism of the graphics seemed mind-blowing.

I found the CIA's contact having her blue umbrella beside him so I went ahead and I took a seat at her table. She's Greta and she was glad to find me there. She confirmed Kraus was at the table at her right shoulder.

I had to activate a listening device and I was surprised to see Bell had the device in his cigarette pack. I activated the device and was waiting for Volkov to join Kraus at his table.

Greta told asked me a favor to rescue or silence one of her informants who was picked up in a random sweep.

Someone came inside and informed Kraus that he was followed so Volkov will meet him somewhere else and then some German polices came inside so I had to escape the bar through the bathroom.

I should've been super silent around that place as it was filled with German soldiers but I had to shoot down some soldiers as they'd attack me otherwise and then I had to open fire on all of them as my cover was blown up.

That's the informant Greta asked me to rescue or silence. The man did sound innocent and on our side so I rescued him and set him free which was a mistake that I understood later.

Lazer and Park were waiting for us at that place and after I reached them, Park gave me information about Kraus's apartment and I had to go find his briefcase and set tracking device into it to get to Volkov.

The whole place was highly secured so I had to be careful and stay far from the German soldiers.

I broken into Kraus's apartment after breaking the lock and I had to tranquil Kraus's wife who almost detected me and then I staged her body on the couch as if she was having a nap.

Kraus was into the apartment and I had to stay undetected as he'd take us to Volkov. After searching around for some times, I found this hidden room in Kraus's office and found the briefcase where I set the tracking device first.

When I had to escape the building, I heard someone making noise from the wardrobe and I found Greta tied up in there. Suddenly Kraus showed up and hit me, my character Bell fell down.

Kraus took us to Volkov and I found that man I rescued was sold to them and he sold Greta to them. I didn't cooperate with Volkov so he killed Greta first and then he was about to shoot me.

Suddenly our crew engaged following the location of the tracker and they shot down a lot of enemies around. Park gave me a weapon and asked me to go after Volkov who was on the run already.

There were a lot of enemies around who were highly trained and I got killed like 3/4 times there as I was being fast.

Then at lats I got to Volkov who stuck by that door. I had the option to capture him or shoot him. I was in a rage seeing that man I rescued got sold and Volkov was asking me to capture him. I thought he might get released later so I didn't give him the chance and I shot him down which completed the mission.
