Last summer we got all the Zelda WiiU games as bundle and since then we have have been eyeballing a affordable console that would be ideally white (less common) & would come with a box & manuals.
But as WiiU was misunderstood console & it flopped quite badly it has kept secondhand market prices quite high since there are not that many consoles around anymore. Especially if you are trying to find Zelda special edition on decent price, eh, well good luck with that one.
So we have been just looking and looking for right seller to come by and it finally happened just before Christmas.
The console arrived our home today and I have been feeling very excited about this one.
Back in 2017 I played Zelda Breath of the wild with WiiU and it was the most breathtaking experience, it's one of those gaming memories I would love to experience again for the first time. BOTW played beautifully and I loved how you interacted with the tablet while playing on TV screen.
It reminded me about some games on Nintendo DS where you had to do certain actions on the touch screen. Just amazing!
Yes, the tablet itself is huge and not maybe as groundbreaking as Nintendo Switch, but it was the prototype that led to it and thanks to it we have the Switch everyone is loving so much today.
So what else about our console?
We got the basic bundle so it did not came with any supports or chargin stations. I was able to find white legs for the console, but I will have to dig deeper in order to get my hands on official white Nintendo chargin station for the tablet.
What comes to charging consoles, I do not want to get any 3rd party or bootleg items as I have heard fair share of horror stories of exploring chargers etc.
I started to play Wind Waker and oh my gosh it's so cute! But more about that later.
Yes, as you can maybe see I'm quite, fond of white consoles and I'm pretty sure that I will pimp my Switch pretty soon with some fitting skin. And what a out the PlayStation? I don't even know.

I have my game cube, Wii and wiiU I never got the switch because the catalogue of games looked weak! Always wanted to play breathe of the wild I heard it’s amazing will have to look into it soon
You maybe need to look again, there are lots of amazing games on Switch, but it since you have WiiU, you definately need to check the Breath of the Wild! Highly recommended.
