Ever since we got this game title disc for PS5, we have been unable to play it and it is very annoying.
First of all, why do I have to buy a game disc and the first thing I need to do is download a 200GB file? (apparently, this is also the case for the Xbox series). This means that I can't actually play the story yet - just the single-person shootout mode which was interesting for the first 9 times but eventually became repetitive and boring.
As if that is not enough, the download has refused to commence since we bought this disc as it always fails (every other thing requiring downloads goes through seamlessly on the console).
I was finally able to play this title's story mode on X-Box and I was actually very impressed with the visuals and gameplay and I must say I love it. But why am I unable to play it on the Playstation?

I don't have a PS5, and never encountered this issue with PS4, but it's sad that many games have to do with these insane Day-1 downloads... If I remember correctly, both systems use Blu-ray technology, but PS5 uses Dual Layer so it should hold about double the size standard PS4 disk. That might seem a lot, but 100GB isn't at this point.
