Fan-made content can often be some of the best experiences in many video games. The modding community on PC is pretty huge. Most of the time console players like myself just miss out on all of the extra content created by fans. DIRT 5 refuses to let that happen and has an included game mode called Playgrounds.
In Playgrounds, you are given unlimited potential with the tools at hand which allow anybody to create their own tracks and challenges. If you aren't big into creating, then you can just play all of the content that is sitting in Playgrounds waiting to be tested. Trust me when I say there is a lot here. I could easily see this being some people's favorite mode due to the sheer fact that there is just so much you can do without having to play the same thing over and over.
The first thing in Playgrounds that I tested was a difficult course called Subaru Slid and Slide. I was of course given a Subaru WRX STI to perform during this challenge. I struggled to finish this one, it really was difficult. Luckily I stuck with it and completed the course.
Just wait until you see how crazy this track is. You will surely begin to understand what all may be possible in DIRT 5's Playgrounds mode. I am hyped to play some more fan-made content in the future and maybe even take the time to build my own challenge.

A mini map would have helped in proper navigation.
I thought the same when I first began the difficult track. Then afterward I had the track memorized, thanks to dying so much. No map is needed for this one. now.

The unpredictability of this track made it so frustrating until I finally say the light at the end. Finished at last.
This game is really good. Have you played the other dirt games? like dirty rally 2.0
I’ve played a lot of DIRT games, but not all. I started with the original DIRT and loved it. I played DIRT 2 also. I have DIRT Rally 2.0 in my library and have briefly played it, but I enjoy the arcade style more than true rally.

Sleek looking game, but man what a maze looking track.
It was very challenging. I've got to give it up to the person who took the time to design this track.
