...mannn! Command & Conquer Generals and its expansion Command & Conquer Generals : Zero Hour are two of the more memorable games in the year 2000. Looking back, those times were pretty unhinged huh.

Command & Conquer Generals and its expansion Command & Conquer Generals: Zero Hour released in February 2003 and September 2003 respectively are Real-time Strategy Videogames based on the War on Terror, more specifically a Parody of War on Terror.
There are three main factions.

USA is the most technologically advanced faction, having access to drone warfare and Particle Uplink Cannon.
China has the power of friendship, get a group of five units and they get bonuses to their attributes. they have hackers, propaganda and loves nukes.
GLA or Global Liberation Front have the amazing Toyota Technicals, Terrorists and of course Anthrax.

Command & Conquer Generals and its expansion Command & Conquer Generals : Zero Hour has a story mode that revolves around fighting the GLA across Europe. The story is told in multiple missions spread across the three main factions, letting you experience playing each of them.

It all starts with base building.
[ I really like how they use a bulldozer as a construction unit. ]
Then collecting resource to build your army.
As the battle rages on you get experience points that you can spend to acquire abilities.
And once your base and army are secured, buy objects that passively provide resources.
Then decimate your opponents however you see fit.
When I rate things, I always use a three-point system.
1 for Bad
2 for Okay
3 for Great
I must point out that I have very low standards and is easily impressed.
so it's very hard for me to give a score of 1,
and very easy for me to give a score of 3.

The Good:
- Everything!
- In 2003, the graphics of this game can be only be describe as "Revolutionary."
- "China will grow larger."
- "We will not be oppressed!"
- "Hey, check out our new T.O.W. Missile!"
The Bad:
- Online multiplayer is dead.
The Neutral
- 4:3 screen resolution.

I remember similar games like this from the past. It was more like alien colonization though. I have a few collections from the 2000s and they are some of well-made games I've ever played
YEAH! games in the 2000s know what they want to do and does it, unlike today where games want to do everything and fails doing it.

I haven't tried that entry. I played the original C&C, Red Alert, and Tiberian Sun.
if you did try it out, I think you'll like it seeing as you like those games you mentioned.
after playing it again recently, I would say I still thoroughly enjoyed it after 21 years. 😁
