Diplomacy Screen.
The four diplomatic states are Cold War, War, Peace, and Alliance.
- Cold War
- The Default State.
- Can Attack Other Fleets in any territory.
- Can 'Blockade' a non friendly system by using the 'intercept command', Disabling and Reduction of strategic resources and F.I.D.S. of that system.
- Can't Capture Systems Within another's territory, Can Capture Enemy Systems without Territory.
- War
- ...It's war.
- All of the above but now you can Capture enemy systems.
- Peace
- Can't Attack friendly Fleets.
- Can't Blockade friendly systems, can only 'guard'.
- Your systems can trade with friendly systems automagically.
- Can't capture Systems.
- Alliance
- It's an alliance.
- All the perks of peace.
- Shared Victory
- Shared Vision
- an enemy of an ally is automatically your enemy too.
let's POLITELY DECLARE WAR with SHEREDYN.
While the Sheredyn Faction did not attack us after we declared war. another Factions called the Sophons did. do take note that the Sophons' Fleet is capturing my Farver Star System while we are at Cold War, and this is because the Farver Star System is not in our territory yet.
Yes, Territory is that Green 'Circle Aura' that Farver Star System lacks, for it is merely an 'Outpost' for now.
Defending against the Sophons' fleet. It should be noted that a fleet can only attack once per turn.
Sheredyn Faction finally attacked us with two fleets.
We have now 100% control of our Local Star Systems. Now you must be thinking. "Management will be Tedious." AND YOU ARE RIGHT.
Do not fret. as we can install AI governors to manage Individual Star Systems at the Empire View. Look at those Approval Rating.
Retrofitting Our 'Destroyer Mk2' which now includes armor and repair at the cost of reduces kinetics.
the creation of an 'Invasion' ship. this 'Drone' packs four invasion modules.
Ships do not repair on their own. without repair module, you need to put them into the hangar.
- Destroyer Mk2 - Main Attack Ship.
- 5 Tier 2 Kinetics. 3 salvos per combat phase.
- 2 Tier 2 Armor. +75%*2 = +150% Hit Points.
- 1 Tier 1 Repair. +10% Hit Point Regeneration per combat phase. 2% Fleet Repair on Friendly Territory per turn.(it means if you have 10 of these ships in one fleet you get a total of 20% repair per turn.)
- Drone - Invasion ship
- 2 Tier 2 Invasion Module.
- Notes:
- You can Increase or Decrease the Tier of a module.
- the Higher the Tier, the higher the Industry cost to build and Strategic Resource could be required.
You also get random events like these from time to time
But it was pretty clear that they are starting to counter our kinetics which forced us to create a new type of ship. a 'Torpedo Boat'.
'torpedo boats' are units that are cheap and deadly.
Now... Do they work? Yes They Do.
First you set your Anti-Fleet Fleets to Intercept/Embargo.
and then we order our Invasion Fleet 'Epsilon' to Invade the 'XIU' Star System. and we have to defend it for 17 turns or add more invasion ships.
I guess that's it for now.
