Although in Hollow Knight there is more of a feeling of being in permanent search and in permanent wonder about the things that we can find in the depths of these caves,
outside of work it has become a habit to dedicate a few hours to continue completing this adventure although I still have a couple of doubts along the way
I have enough content for the next few weeks but the truth is that I don't know where to start this first adventure that I had, I suppose that around this time I began to feel that there was no objective and I only dedicated myself to exploring and gathering all the maps of things there are
I have lost myself exploring the caves and letting myself be carried away by the environment
I had taken a break from playing due to the holidays but in the first minutes in which I returned to the caves I spent more than two hours exploring and discovering
So far nothing new in terms of biomes but I have collected most of the worms that are scattered around the world Or at least the ones that He has been able to dictate the map that I have in this area
There are also biomes where I have not been able to even find the map or if I have been able to find the explorer who makes them but without luck of How to talk to him directly,
There are strange moments where for example I am in the same area as the cartographer and I can even hear him but I cannot reach him without some ability that I need to overcome an obstacle
I suppose that is the grace of metroidvania games, that you reach a dead end and have to go back to look for other alternatives but it is still frustrating at certain times and especially if it did not have all the items that we can buy in the store that place you a little better on the map and do not allow you to be so lost
It is not that I care about being lost having a game so beautiful visually where it seems that every time we go deeper and deeper we discover both new landscapes and new ways of interacting,
and also the sound and how well Hollow Knight treats the sound makes that every time we get lost it seems that in reality we are alone
And with the new movements we have in our arsenal we will be able to explore in a much more fluid way everything that these caves have to offer,
I am not much of an expert using the controls but in Hollow Knight I think that they are very well done and that they are also a delight given that all the journey that we have done before can be done again in a different way as we find new skills
And that is why it is very cool to explore and it does not bother you so much to miss the main adventure,
because even if you do not find these special skills so often you can find much more frequently talismans that subtly modify the game experience and apply variety to what we have already seen throughout our experience in the caves
And also in this way we will be able to discover all the extra content that Hollow Knight has, before I complained that this game was not too direct about its main objectives
but now I am understanding that the real adventure is in deviating and discovering each of the secrets of more or less organic way
