An interesting new feature is available in Golem Overlord, the game I play most recently. On Hive ecosystem, of course.

Here is its screen as I can see it. I clicked on the first chest already. Be careful since there is no confirmation prompt. You click and the crate opens itself.
You can see to the left what are the possibilities. There are also some multipliers although I don't know how these are defined.
The price for opening is 10 Airdrop points or $SHARD 216. Here are displayed $SHARD prices:
It looks like $SHARD is becoming more and more valuable asset in the game. Without it you can quickly get stuck while paying for research, quests, and now airdrop vault crates.

Well, some cards are useful. Blueprints, and $SHARD card which is a novelty.
That's it for now. The last phase of the Airdrop ends in a day or so. How are you faring? I dropped out of top 25 and I need to buy some more crates :)

In the end I didn't buy any, as I would have been able to buy only a few and I know from past experience that with chests and packs you need to buy quite a lot of them if you want to be sure to get enough value for their price, otherwise buying what you need from the market is usually a better option.
Congrats to you and @forykw for buying so many! Getting in the top 25 wasn't an wasy feat :)

The part I didn't enjoy so much (message for @golem.overlord) was the fact that buying packs for the airdrop was limited for FIAT, but NOT for 😕 crypto...
Which totally defies the purpose of an airdrop in terms of adoption (my view). And that is because people have difficulty understanding how to buy crypto... so the more blockages there are, the hard is for that something to be adopted.
If for law rules of money laundering, then I understand... there is nothing you can do. But otherwise, I would be favouring unlocking it...
It is all fine for me. Just wished I would have understood (had read) the news sooner... which realistically would made me not invest that much because I would have known whales would drop all of it last minute!
If I could win them via Paypal I would... but I was not allowed! 😏 #feedback
