We’re thrilled to announce the final major update of 2024, packed with exciting features, bug fixes, and visual upgrades: v2.3.0.
New Game Mode: Survival
Have you ever wanted to see how long you can survive in the Arena without being limited by the 10-win cap? With the new Survival Mode, you can! Push yourself to reach the farthest rounds possible. The top performer will be crowned the Survival Champion and earn 50 CROWNS. But beware — someone else can claim your spot at any moment.

If multiple players reach the same round, the leaderboard will prioritize by:
- Wins
- Earliest Date
In the future, Survival Seasons will bring additional rewards, so stay tuned!
New Feature: Diamond Cards
Ever wondered what happens when you collect three gold foil cards? Now, they combine into a Diamond Card!
- Diamond Cards are twice as strong as Gold Cards, which in turn are twice as strong as regular cards.
- Valorian’s "For Honor" Ability: Applies only to Gold Cards, requiring 2 regular cards instead of 3 to create a Gold Card. However, you’ll still need 3 Gold Cards to craft a Diamond Card. This means 6 regular cards are needed instead of the usual 9.
New Feature: Hero Skins
Hero Skins now appear by default in the collection view and within the game!
In a future update, you’ll be able to choose which skin to equip. For now, the applied skin will be determined by rarity.
Other Minor Features & Bug Fixes
- The Ranked Leaderboard is back on the website: https://ethgardlegends.com/leaderboard/ranked
- Slot Buffs: Fixed an issue where buffs were not correctly applied to the opponent’s team. This change made battling more challenging than previously, so keep this in mind.
- Visual Glitches: Resolved issues when buying and moving cards.
- Duel Mode: Still disabled while we continue improving it.
- Ranked Mode: Currently only applies to Battle Mode, not Duel or Survival.

Awesome, tried Survival mode and really liked it.
Couldn't get any Diamond cards, but I love that it's possible to combine 3 Gold foils to Diamond now, gives a lot of excitement for getting duplicates.
Struggling to sign up with Hive and key chain as they're is no option to use key chain when going to the site to sign up. It only offers Brave wallet or password.
