Yeah, this is 100% indie. I don't believe the developer can afford to purchase the rights to Indiana Jones. They have many other titles they have already created and released so there is not much concern they would finish this (unless a C&D were to be receieved).
I am not sure what their release plans are. I am going to reach out to them to see if I can get an interview with them. If I can, that will definitely be a question I ask.

Yeah thier games always has one particular look you cant miss to notice the graphic. So that means this game aint coming online not even a demo?
