How I Spent My Birthday! Plus An Update On my Schedule! (1).png

What’s going on, guys! I know, I know, it’s been a while since my last post, or at least a while for me. This week has kinda been hectic, as my birthday was on Tuesday. I had an unexpected bonfire with my brother on Tuesday, which I wasn’t supposed to as my plans were to return home from the city instead of spending the night( I live 2+ hours away). The plan was to go down to the city for a birthday supper, but hey things happen, and who can turn down a good time? Then on Sat, I made my way back to the city for my party!

My party was pretty sweet! You only turn 25 once and the party will go down as one of my favorite memories. It was a blast. There was lots of drinking, loud music, a nice bonfire, and even a drink thief that was stealing people’s open liquor. I mean, does anyone else remember those enemies from Borderlands 2 that would steal loot that was on the ground? Well, she was like that. You’d place a beer down one second, the next second, BAM. It would magically appear in her hand!

But I had a frigging despite spraining my ankle. I blame half of it on being drunk and the other half on being clumsy (I’ve literally sprained my ankle at least once a year since I was about 11).

But I also got some pretty cool things for my birthday. The pictures below are the gifts my sister gave me. A bag with my beautiful face on it, a car decal, two mouse pads (I gave one to my grandfather) and a couple of pens!

I often talk about hive, and my aspirations about the presence that I am trying to build up. And my family usually listens with open ears! I think Hive is amazeballs and was pretty pumped when I received this gift!

But anyway, let me move on to the update “update”. During the summer months, I run a pizzeria and it is coming close to that time for me to start getting things ready and to open up for the summer. For the next couple of weeks, I will be trying to post every second or third day. Trying is the key word. When I actually open up my pizzeria, my posting will probably dwindle to about twice a week. Or at least that is the minimum I am hoping for. Depending on how tired I am, I may post more! This will go on until I close, which will be around September/October.

I’ll still be posting articles along with videos. Posting both is time-consuming as I have to create a “script” which is pretty much just talking points for the video. Turn that script into an article, making sure that I include the important things I’ve talked about in the video, edit said script, then edit the video and create a thumbnail. I love doing it, but it is the reason why you’ve guys seen my posting schedule change.

Oh, and I can’t forget about my giveaway! I plan on giving away a steam key of Sunset Overdrive! Because of my lack of posting this week, I am going to push the end date of this giveaway back a day, so instead of Tuesday, the winner will be drawn on Weds! ¡Qué está pasando, muchachos! Lo sé, lo sé, ha pasado un tiempo desde mi última publicación, o al menos un tiempo para mí. Esta semana ha sido un poco agitada, ya que mi cumpleaños fue el martes. Tuve una fogata inesperada con mi hermano el martes, que no se suponía que debía hacer ya que mis planes eran regresar a casa desde la ciudad en lugar de pasar la noche (vivo a más de 2 horas de distancia). El plan era bajar a la ciudad para una cena de cumpleaños, pero bueno, las cosas pasan y ¿quién puede rechazar un buen momento? Luego, el sábado, ¡regresé a la ciudad para mi fiesta!

¡Mi fiesta fue muy dulce! Solo cumples 25 una vez y la fiesta quedará como uno de mis recuerdos favoritos. Que era una maravilla. Hubo mucha bebida, música a todo volumen, una buena fogata e incluso un ladrón de bebidas que estaba robando el licor abierto de la gente. Quiero decir, ¿alguien más recuerda a esos enemigos de Borderlands 2 que robarían el botín que estaba en el suelo? Bueno, ella era así. Colocarías una cerveza un segundo, el segundo siguiente, BAM. ¡Aparecería mágicamente en su mano!

Pero tuve un maldito a pesar de torcerme el tobillo. Culpo la mitad a estar borracho y la otra mitad a ser torpe (literalmente me torcí el tobillo al menos una vez al año desde que tenía 11 años).

Pero también recibí algunas cosas geniales para mi cumpleaños. Las fotos de abajo son los regalos que me dio mi hermana. Una bolsa con mi hermoso rostro, una calcomanía de auto, dos mouse pads (le regalé una a mi abuelo) y un par de bolígrafos.

A menudo hablo sobre colmena y mis aspiraciones sobre la presencia que estoy tratando de construir. ¡Y mi familia suele escuchar con los oídos abiertos! ¡Creo que Hive es amazeballs y estaba bastante emocionado cuando recibí este regalo!

Pero de todos modos, permítanme pasar a la actualización "actualizar". Durante los meses de verano dirijo una pizzería y se acerca el momento en que empiezo a preparar las cosas y abrir para el verano. Durante las próximas dos semanas, intentaré publicar cada dos o tres días. Probar es la palabra clave. Cuando realmente abra mi pizzería, mi publicación probablemente se reducirá a unas dos veces por semana. O al menos eso es lo mínimo que espero. Dependiendo de lo cansado que esté, ¡puedo publicar más! Esto continuará hasta que yo cierre, que será alrededor de septiembre/octubre.

Seguiré publicando artículos junto con videos. Publicar ambos requiere mucho tiempo, ya que tengo que crear un "guión" que es prácticamente solo puntos de conversación para el video. Convierta ese guión en un artículo, asegurándose de incluir las cosas importantes de las que he hablado en el video, edite dicho guión, luego edite el video y cree una miniatura. Me encanta hacerlo, pero es la razón por la que han visto cambiar mi horario de publicación.

¡Ah, y no puedo olvidarme de mi sorteo! ¡Planeo regalar una clave de Steam de Sunset Overdrive! Debido a que no he publicado esta semana, voy a retrasar un día la fecha de finalización de este sorteo, por lo que en lugar del martes, ¡el ganador se sorteará el miércoles!
