A talented Fortnite fan has showcased the cosplays of two different characters featured in the ongoing season, Night Rose and Shadow Blade Hope. These newly introduced characters are part of the Battle Pass in Fortnite's Chapter 6 Season 1, which ends on February 21, 2025.
Throughout the years, Fortnite has not only expanded its available game modes but also regularly added to its vast list of playable characters. This has enabled the live-service game to offer new ways to play as well as new looks to sport. From a team-up with Marvel to the recently announced Jujustu Kaisen collaboration, the Epic Games-developed title has partnered with a plethora of major brands to bring various crossover content for its players. While the popular characters brought about by such collaborations have received numerous tributes from Fortnite fans, the game's original characters have also received their fair share of fan creations, with the latest instance coming from a skilled cosplay artist. On Reddit, user valynhearts posted pictures of their Shadow Blade Hope cosplay, wowing other Fortnite players. The highly impressive portrayal focused heavily on recreating the ninja-like character's key traits, ranging from her blue hair and makeup to the sleek blue-and-black outfit. In addition, their cosplay also includes Shadow Blade Hope's accessories, such as the iconic ninja darts. Besides this, valynhearts also shared their cosplay of the Fortnite character named Night Rose, depicting the demon warrior's fearsome horns along with her unique white kimono in their full glory. Both cosplays blew up on the FortNiteBR subreddit, receiving a total of over 5.5K upvotes so far. 
In the comments, Reddit users heaped praise on the effort put in and highlighted the accuracy in both the depictions of the Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1 Battle Pass skins. One fan commended the Shadow Blade Hope cosplay, saying "Nice, you look just like her!" Another comment spoke highly of the Night Rose portrayal, stating "wow, the horn blending to [sic] your skin is amazing." Answering players curious about the realistic-looking horns in the Night Rose costume, valynhearts revealed that the results were achieved using EVA foam, a mix of paint, and their make-up foundation. They further said that only the black eyes had been edited into the shared pictures of the demonic character.
