Ha me too, having a family eliminated that for me lol. Gaming is an addiction for me so I can't participate. Plus I don't want my son getting sucked into that either. Still some great memories though.

I generally pick games that come with applicable skills.

Shooters teach tactics. Real-time strategy games teach flexibility of the mind. Role playing games help with decision making.

And of course racing games teach you much necessary reflexes.

And of course my favorite one is flying games as well. I've never been in a dog fight already if I ever do get one I think I'll be good.
