To start with as to why I sold the in-game NFT card? Well I had my reasons and will be talking about it in more detail as to why I sold the NFT card. But in this post the focus is around which card did I sell, its worth and what did I do with all the #SIM that I got from the sale proceeds. Ok now before I get any further it becomes imperative to know about the game which I normally emphasize as this sets the ground for the players who are new or plan to join the game.
So What is 
all about? In precise #dCity is a mathematical and trading game based on NFT [non-fungible tokens] available on Hive-Engine. In this game, you get to create your own city the way you like it. As a player you have an option to build your city with a variety of #NFT cards that represents buildings, citizens, technologies that ultimately helps you to earn income in the form of HIVE and #SIM token which is the in game currency token of the game & it also represent as a governance token of the game - which is quite impressive in itself. Players can also get many cards by playing and being active in the game. Currently by delegating HIVE POWER [HP] one can get the young citizen card for every 500 HP delegated. Along with a chance to winning a Influencer card and the best part is that you get #SIM token as well for delegating #HP. Yes its none other than the - "Luxury Street" card I had sold for around 350K #SIM which accounts to roughly 70+ #HIVE at the moment when you swap all this #SIM for HIVE. The immediate question that one would have in mind is that why is this card so expensive. Before I answer that, have a look at the stats of this card which is providing or Gives 300 TAX REFUND in the form of #SIM token
Right now all the players in dCity is looking for such cards that provides the maximum tax refund and "Luxury Street" Card seems to be the best option. And inorder to get this card one needs to combine various in-game NFT cards. Here is the list::

So you can see you will need a hell lot of cards to get one Luxury Street card. And now lets have a look at its print overall print rate which is only 450 cards. Here is the stats of the card taken from the game dcity...
The number increases as the combine of buildings happens i.e. the ingredients needed to get the Luxury Card are combined. So you see how important this card is in the game and its rarity further increases its price. I had around 16 such cards but then decided to sell some of these and luckily happen to sell one for arround 70+ #HIVE and now another card is up for SALE and this time I am looking for 80+ #HIVE..Lets see if I am able to get a buyer for the second Luxury Street or Not. Positively I should be able to get someone because this is still a lucrative offer when compared to other cards in the game and the 300 Tax refund that it provides. As said in the above post, I will continue on this and share my reasons as to why I decided to off load some these expensive cards but the quite obvious reason was around building my SIM POWER stake and get it to the point of having 50+ Million SIM POWER...
