Jailbreak. — Hive

As we discovered Ali's whereabouts, I had to meet Fuladh at the front gate of Damascus Gate Prison. I got this mission to liberate Ali Ibn Muhammad from the prison and I was alone in this mission though I thought Fuladh would join me in this one. The jail was full of guards and there were a lot of prisoners as well. I had to look for Ali among all them.

After meeting Fuladh at the prison gate, he was remembering the prison as cruel and as unforgiving. That made Basim ask if Fuladh was imprisoned there also but Fuladh replied in negative and he added that used to fly kites above the prison as his father was imprisoned inside, he was trying to show his father as a kid that he was there.

When Fuladh was saying they'd need to find a way to get Basim in without being seen, Basim showed him this token he got from Beshi to ask if it would help. Fuladh suggested Basim could bribe the guards to look the other way using the token or enlist the help of some mercenaries.

As Fuladh left me alone for the jailbreak, I started looking for ways to infiltrate the prison and I found this merchant whom I asked to let me pose as one of his aids to get into the prison but I didn't have the token I needed for the exchange.

Then I started looking at other sides and found this rebel who used to work for Ali before and he said it's been weeks since they have seen Ali and the rebels have all but disbanded.

When Basim said Ali has been help in the prison, the rebel wanted to help me liberating Ali but I had to exchange the token that I got from Beshi as this is the only way the rebels would trust me I'm on their side.

As soon as the rebels climbed the walls of the prison and reached the other side, the guards ran to fight them so I got a chance to get into the prison area when the guards were busy fighting the rebels around and I took the chance.

I was sneaking to the prison through this abandoned alley where I surprisingly found some skeletons. This says how the guards tortures their prisoners that they don't eve care to bury the bodies.

That's was the first guard that I found after getting inside the prison and I assassinated him silently so no one else detects me there as I didn't want tall the guards of the place to come after me already.

I assassinated one more guard who was working on some paperwork's, and then after unbarring that door, I noticed two more guards poking a prisoner. I didn't see a way to assassinate both of them silently as the one of them should detect me if I whistle to distract and assassinate the other one, so I ignored them.

I moved ahead and found this crowd of a bunch of prisoners who were gossiping around. It was more like a fish market and I felt it like that because of the crowd. There was this guard who was enjoying his leisure time and I didn't go for him from this side as he might detect me before me reaching him.

I went to the other side and I started taking down guards and moving their bodies to safe places so others wouldn't notice. Basim was mentioning in the meantime that Ali's been taken somewhere beneath the prison and likely tortured so I had to be hurry.

As there was no timer running for me to find Ali, I took it slow and after taking down all the guards around the dungeon, I went for the one I noticed before and he looked so surprised when I took him down.

Now I went even deeper into the prison and I assassinated two guards there one by one and I had to do it after distracting them with whistles. I didn't forget to move the bodies behind covers as I still wanted the whole mission to be silent as it was the easiest way to fight them.

But I was detected right after a moment when I was assassinating a guard when another one noticed me doing it.

There came a couple of them and as I'm not so good at sword fight in this game yet, I was getting hit badly. I had to change my strategy and dodge often to win that fight and I did win.

There was this injured civilian whom I thought as Ali and he said the jailer did this to him, it looked like the jailer broke his legs. When Basim asked where that jailer was, the civilian said he's with another prisoner beneath us and I guess the prisoner is Ali.

Now I didn't see where to go next from that room so I went back to the prisoner's crowd and climbed up on the roof of the prison where I noticed a lot more guards guarding around and I started taking them down for safety and then I started looking for a way to get to Ali whom I hope is not getting too much tortured by the jailer.
