Despite of shooting from 80 meters it's hard to make a nice shoot from 200 meters right? But I believe you can do it. You already did it btw, it just took 700 meters to die XD
And yeah this kind of games never gets old because they constantly got updates, new maps, new animals etc.
Depends on the type of animal as well, also on the side the animal is facing, whether it is walking, running, jumping or standing still. 200 meters is still not bad with a good rifle and scope, especially if you have the "steady hands" skill unlocked.
