WHAT IS PLAYSTATION PLUS?
Sony's subscription service is exclusive to PlayStation consoles, offering various titles from its main developers, as well as from other companies.
Expect a combination of games from Sony studios such as "God of War", "Horizon Zero Dawn" and "The Last of Us", as well as titles from other companies such as the "Assassin's Creed" saga, "Far Cry", "Final Fantasy", "Tales", "NieR", "Resident Evil", among others. Additionally, PlayStation Plus frequently makes games available to users on the same day of their release, as was the case with recent titles Tales of Kenzera: Zau and Animal Well.
The service consists of three tiers, each successively costing more and offering more benefits to subscribers. The basic tier, costing $6.99 a month, is known as Essential, a fitting name because it is required to play online on the console. Additionally, this subscription grants the benefits of exclusive discounts and a selection of three or four PS4 and PS5 games per month that will remain on your account as long as you are subscribed to the service.
