Next, approach the fire truck and pull the tanker to clear the path. Then, go to the marker and interact with the launcher. Then, follow the path marked by the circles to launch the drone. Once you do, your first crime alert will be triggered. This is a type of activity that involves... well, stopping a crime. Go there, beat up the bad guys, and the activity is complete. Defeating them will unlock the Uprising, the first Gadget.
When the fight is over, you'll be asked to switch to Miles (notice the prompt in the lower right corner to press the square button).

Once on the rooftop, stand on the mound and look for a pipe on the nearby wall. You can pull it with L1+R1 to clear the arena and activate the launcher. Repeat the circle process to activate it. Then, complete another crime to continue the mission. Watch out for the large enemy in the second wave; you must parry to block its blows and damage it. When you're done, go to the skyscraper and pull the pipe to put out the fire, then examine the crystal.
When you do, you'll see a cutscene and you'll have to eliminate several small Sandmen.

Once prompted, take out the enemies and interact with the crystal. After the cutscene, go to the limo and beat the hell out of the bad guys. You can then pull the limo by standing in the back and pressing L1+R1 to check if the citizen is okay. The next part is too fun to spoil; you'll know what to do, don't worry. After the cutscene, you'll finish the mission and begin Show Me New York.
