miHoYo did. Introducing our newest character Yumemizuki Mizuki!
This character will eventually move into the Standard Banner which means this will also be the last time she appears in her own banner. In terms of the Standard Banner she'll be the first Anemo/Catalyst combo to appear there possibly to give new players quicker access to consistent Anemo damage. On top of that she's a healer so that should also benefit newer players.
In terms of old players like myself though, this banner is probably not the best. Gorou only works with Geo characters and we're not set to get any in either these or the Phase 2 banners. Usually he runs with Itto and Itto will appear in the upcoming event so it's weird he's not rerunning. Sayu used to be pretty good back when she first released but over time too many problems were found with her playstyle. Her speed is great but it was miHoYo's first attempt at that speed and she's pretty hard to control. Add to that how she's Anemo and several of her Trials showed off how she might end up in a situation where an enemy is immune to its element but Sayu's Anemo will change all the damage she does into that element making her useless. Finally Sigewinne's flaws were explained as soon as she released. She's really only good for her healing meaning the only thing you'd really use her for is a quick skill before switching her out. Other healers like Kokomi can provide on-field damage while Furina who will be rerunning in Phase 2 can provide excellent off-field damage and is the game's best healer.
