Actually, I'm playing with high graphics, and the quality is still like this. But I remember my friends playing the game back in the day with a lot better visuals.
This might be happening because I'm using the Intel Arc A750 Founder edition which performs less with old games.
I played, FC6, FC5, RDR2 and Forza Horizon 5 at ultra graphics with the same GPU.
