Few have heard about the secret mission of the pious order, The Bloody Envoy. These devout monks spend their young lives living within the Hidden Cloister, a monastery that is said to be somewhere within Abbots Marsh on Praetoria, and beholden to no other. Taken at an early age, these children are the unfortunate offspring of women who have been used for entertainment by vampires at their lavish parties. After being brought into their new family, the children spend their time studying and praying, learning to live with the dhampir affliction that has taken their bodies. They are taught that to drink the blood of a human is the ultimate sin, and they sustain themselves upon the livestock they keep. They are drilled daily in the art of unarmed combat, though violence is always a last resort. Instead, they are taught many different skills in ways to hide from or avoid attack, often using these skills to augment those around them who will do the damage in their stead. When they come of age, they will often stalk vampires and follow them to their homes, where the Bloody Envoy will then organize the foul creature's demise. The plain and simple robes of these monks are regularly seen on the road, and people will greet them with open arms, knowing them to be fair and considerate. The monks will often help local communities in their hour of need, whether that be with healing, coin, protection, or holy blessings. But all the time they are vigilant to the foul taint of vampires. Their single, most important mission and the highest order of their vows: to rid the world of this vile disease.
Hey fellow soulbound collectors. We've got about a week left before a new batch comes out. Did you get all the cards you wanted? I've been earning as many common cards as possible before the time runs out, but I sadly won't be able to get them all to MAX level. How much do you think a single BCX common soulbound card will be on the market? Will people even bother unlocking them? Some of my common cards are just ten or twenty cards short of getting to MAX level so I'm hoping they are cheap. I think the game should move away from soulbound cards, but it will be cool having cards that no one else does in a year or two.
Neutral cards are probably the most important cards to have next to the dragons as they can be used in almost every match. I like the new "Neutrals Only" matches because most people have neglected their neutral collection making it an easy win. I don't know why my enemy didn't put their martyr card out first because it may have helped them win. Maybe they thought I would be focusing on sneak attacks, but their level-one monk wasn't strong enough to hold the line. A level one monk doesn't even have the self-healing ability so maybe there wasn't any chance for them as I've MAXed a lot of my neutral level cards. They did manage to kill my monk as well, but luckily my Venator Kinjo was still there for the win.
I don't have every Neutral card in the game, but I'm still proud of my collection. Chaos has been way overprinted for too long so I of course have many of those at MAX level. I rarely use any of my Beta or Untamed cards anymore because newer cards have made them useless, but it's still good to have as many cards as possible so you can have the most options. Dragon is my favorite splinter followed by Water and Neutral. What about you? What's your strongest splinter?
