In what console did you play it? These frame drops are most likely from adaptations or ports than anything else, in pc it runs like wonders :S, but heck, my pc could probably run a couple AAA titles so who knows.

I played it on PC. I tried to do workarounds to improve it but it just seemed to be almost on a timer when the FR would drop massively. I wanted to explore it more but wasn't interested in patches and workarounds. I'll likely just get it on PS in the future because it did look like it could have been pretty fantastic.
