Well not to brag or anything, but I am one of the first gamers in the world :)
COMMODORE 16 (MID 80s)
My first device was Commodore 16 ... a device with 16KB RAM.
I had to wait 45-90 minutes for the tape to load so I can play this
ATARI 2600 (EARLY 90s)
My second device was ATARI 2600
Things got a lot better when I got the ATARI.
Tons of Games and almost an "instant" play!
My favorite game was SOLARIS (still remember the name lol) a space expedition game
If you are nostalgic watch this video there are 2600 atari games.
AMIGA 500 (MID 90s)
The 90s.Now and how can I put this ... well AMIGA 500 gave me GOD MODE entertainment im my house! You could play games they had in the billiard places we were too young to enter our home... for the 90s I was a BIG DEAL. Games? OMG tons of games
TOKI

MOONSTONE
Adventure-Splatter
ANOTHER WORLD

BEAT THEM UP
Well, the AMIGA age was a breakthrough period.
Games evolved very fast. If you were an owner of Amiga you were the most popular kid in the neighborhood, and kids were super nice to you so you invite them in your home to play.
I will review.I am sure lots of people will review them. They were awesome. After the Amiga area, my brain goes straight to 2002 and on PC.
THE AGE OF THE INTERNET (2002-2008)
Worms World Party
Well, I Loved worms. It also had its own Network "Wormnet" so you could play online. A lot of problems put a pioneer Idea.
Counter-Strike 1.5
Well, let's call it, the birth of FPS games. I know there was already a Quake III but CS 1.5 made FPS games Mainstream.
Battlefield Desert Combat
First FPS with vehicles.LOVED it. My first touch with competitive gaming.
AND FINALLY
LINEAGE II
The game that was sent from the devil to take the 1/10 of our lives in my generation.
I hope you enjoyed my review.
There are really tons of memories but ill stop here :)
Fantastic idea and I will keep a close eye on this community
I Have a LOT to Share
Holy shit bros! That was a nice lineup!!!
Fucking Toki!! That game drove me mad.
I'm probly a couple years older than you just judging by this post.
But man! The prince of Persia and the Sierra games like Monkey island were the shit!
The Graphics!!!..... After switching 5 floppy disks.
My first video game was on an Osbourn computer. A space invaders type game on a 4 inch monochrome green screen.
Thanks for the nostalgic feels!
Following :)
Thank you for your reply ! Following back
Really heartfelt nostalgic post. I cant say that i have played any of these games but damn its nice to see OG gamers share their memories. Oldest game i have probably played is cs 1.6(i was addicted to it). Oh yeah i did have a 2d console with the box cards which plugged into crt tvs when i was a kid XD
Thank you for your reply!1.6 was nice i also was addicted!
Damn grand pa, you were wayyyy before my time. I can only recognise Street fighter 2 there
hehe, its old stuff! It the beginning of all gaming and i am not so old i am 38 :P
Lol 10 years older than me. My elder brother is exactly the same age and back then he use to be our video game plug 😁. He use to borrow his friend's Nintendo 64 and we'd play Golden Eye. I was so damn good man.
In the counter strike I never won, not even when I played alone hahaha but he was one of those who hid until there was only one left and with a telescopic sight he hunted it hahahaha
Great post
Or: I also like the prince of persia, I feel that it is a little valued game, I have not played an old one, I played a version that exists for the DS but it is very different from the history, at least with the history that I knew in its version of PS2 the prince of persia, the sands of time. It was one of the games that I dedicated more time to, especially the kinematics and the stealth that it took to kill an enemy, the difficult puzzles that I had (difficult for a child of 11 - 12 years old XD) it has been a long time since I played anything related to that saga.
Another game you mentioned I also played a lot is the counter strike, although I played version 1.6 but I got quite fond of it years later playing in Spanish-speaking servers.
Prince of Persia was one of my favorites.
It really gave me a hard time, it was very very challenging to complete at that time !
Wow que linea del tiempo tan genial, me encanta como llevas al lector con los diferentes juegos en el tiempo
The first game, Golden Axe, finally someone remembers that game as well. I loved it. I had a commodore 64 with the big floppy discs...
Oh and california games was pretty cool as well
Thank you ... glad you enjoyed.I tried to keep the post-shot there is much i can share.I had more than 250 Amiga games.
