Hoy les quiero hablar de un videojuego que formó la infancia de mucha gente, personalmente fue uno de los primeros juegos de pelea que disfruté y aumento mi gusto por los juegos de pelea y por los super héroes, es un videojuego que lo tengo desde que era un niño y se puede decir que hasta el día de hoy lo puedo seguir jugando y que jamás me va aburrir.
Esta saga en específico es catalogada como uno de los mejores crossovers que se han hecho en la historia del gaming, básicamente tenemos dos universos totalmente opuestos, digamos que uno tiene super héroes, mientras que el otro tiene personajes de fantasía, totalmente diferentes, a su vez las dos empresas que participan son muy famosas dentro del mercado de videojuegos desde hace ya muchos años.
La saga que les hablo en especifico es la de Marvel vs Capcom y concretamente les hablaré de la segunda entrega que para mí es la mejor de la saga y es la que más disfruté por lejos. Marvel vs Capcom para quién no sepa es un videojuego de lucha al estilo Street Fighter combinando los universos de las historietas de Marvel con los videojuegos clásicos de Capcom, con ciertas mejoras en la jugabilidad como: jugar con dos personajes a la vez, tener diferentes opciones en cuanto a los poderes especiales, hacer combos en el aire, entre otras cosas.
La saga nació por ahí en la década de los 90s con su primer juego, en este aparecen los personajes más icónicos de las dos compañías como Ryu, Morrigan, Mega Man, Wolverine, Spider-Man, Venom, entre otros personajes, este videojuego sólo lo jugué una vez y fue en casa de un amigo que se fue del país, por supuesto que el juego tenía ciertas falencias con respecto a la segunda entrega, los movimientos de los personajes y la jugabilidad era algo más sencilla y lenta.
Luego de dar un poco de contexto sobre el primer videojuego de Marvel vs Capcom que no jugué mucho, vamos ahora si al Marvel vs Capcom 2. Esta segunda entrega salió en el año 2000, dos años antes de que yo naciera, recuerdo que este videojuego estaba instalado en el disco duro del Xbox, casi nadie lo jugaba, sólo lo jugaba con mis primos de mí misma edad, pero yo fui el único que indagó más en el juego cuando era pequeño.
Me gustaba mucho por la forma de luchar y caernos a palos, cuando jugué al Marvel vs Capcom 2 por primera vez, no tenía ni la más remota idea de que personajes aparecían en el juego, el único que conocía era a Spider-Man, porque es Spider-Man efectivamente (cabe decir que tenía como 5 años).
Como el juego estaba prácticamente nuevo, había muy pocos personajes y descubrí que la forma de desbloquearlos es comprándolos en una tienda con los puntos, los puntos son el premio que nos dan por hacer combates ya sea en el modo arcade o en el modo clásico, en estos dos modos nuestro objetivo es llegar al combate final contra Abyss, que es un personaje exclusivo del juego el cual actúa como jefe final.
Esta era una de las cosas más atractivas del juego, hacer combates y luego ir a la tienda a reclamar un personaje que esté disponible claro, también podemos comprar nuevos lugares para combatir y nuevos colores para los personajes del juego.
Recuerdo que me propuse un objetivo y ese era desbloquear todos los personajes del juego, por cosas de la vida este videojuego estaba también en su versión arcade en un centro comercial cerca de mi casa, lastima que jamás pude jugar con él, pero de vez en cuando observaba para saber que personajes me faltaban por desbloquear ya que ese arcade tenía todos los personajes disponibles jeje.
A medida que fui creciendo me fui dando cuenta de los otros personajes que aparecen y es lo primero que hablaré, el Marvel vs Capcom 2 es el juego con más personajes de toda la saga, en el primero que yo sepa habían 8 o 9 creo, aquí tenemos 56 personajes, de las sagas e historietas más relevantes de la época, por ejemplo, departe de Capcom tenemos a su franquicia más famosa que es Street Fighter y de esta saga conforma la mayoría de los personajes de Capcom en un total de 12 personajes, tales como: Ryu, Ken, Chunli, Dan, etc.
Por otro lado, tenemos a los personajes de Darkstalkers como: Morrigan, La Momia, Felicia y Caperucita roja, podemos encontrar también a Jill como el único personaje de Resident Evil, también están Mega Man, Tron, Strider y personajes que no conozco como el chico de la espada laser que parece sacado de Star Wars o el Captus mariachi.
Marvel no se queda atrás, su historia más famosa por esos años era los X-men y abarcan 14 personajes en el juego como: Wolverine dos veces (si hay dos versiones de Wolverine en este juego jaja) Cyclops, Storm, Rogue, Sentinel, Etc. Luego tenemos a los super héroes más conocidos como: Spider-Man, Iron Man, War Machine, Hulk y con sus respectivos villanos como: Venom, Thanos, Spiral, Psylocke, entre otros personajes.
La jugabilidad de este MvsC es muy rápida, debes tener una buena agilidad metal para ganarle a tu oponente, a partir de este juego la fórmula de usar 3 personajes en un mismo equipo quedó como un sello en la saga.
Algo curioso que puedo contar es que cuando era pequeño me gustaba mucho usar los personajes de Marvel ya que eran los típicos super héroes que soñaba ser de pequeño, a medida que fui creciendo me familiaricé más con los videojuegos de Capcom, sobre todo con las chicas de Capcom y en la actualidad mi equipo ha cambiado un poco desde entonces jaja.
Marvel vs Capcom 2 lo jugué en dos consolas distintas, en PlayStation 2 y en Xbox, las dos versiones son exactamente iguales, pero los controles no, son muy diferentes jeje, en mi opinión es más fácil jugar al Marvel vs Capcom 2 con un mando de PS2 que de Xbox, en estos tipos de juegos donde solamente puede moverte de izquierda a derecha y saltar es mejor usar una cruceta en vez de una palanca, la cruceta del mando de PS2 es más cómoda que la del Xbox y lo cual te brinda mayor comodidad a la hora de mover un personaje.
No obstante, si eres mucho de hacer ataques especiales como el hadouken por ejemplo, si te viene bien usar la palanca en el combate, ya que para ejecutar estos movimientos tienes que ir de arriba hacia abajo con la palanca presionando el botón que tengas asignado para hacer el puño o puño fuerte, aunque para ser honesto, tampoco hay mucho drama con usar la palanca con el tiempo te puedes acostumbrar jaja.
Al día de hoy el juego lo sigo teniendo tal cual como lo dejé de pequeño, mi personaje más usado siempre ha sido Spider-Man jaja, ya completé todos los colores de los personajes, lugares, incluso los artes, de niño me divertí mucho jugando al Marvel vs Capcom 2.
Bueno Gamers espero que la publicación de este día les haya gustado, Marvel vs Capcom 2 es una joyita de los videojuegos de pelea, es un clásico que disfruté mucho y sigo disfrutando actualmente, como dije para mi es el mejor videojuego de esta saga que lamentablemente hoy en día no anda en su mejor momento, pero bueno por lo menos tenemos este juegazo que quedó para toda la vida jaja.

Marvel vs Capcom 2 I played it on two different consoles, PlayStation 2 and Xbox, the two versions are the same, but the controls are not, they are very different hehe, in my opinion, it is easier to play Marvel vs Capcom 2 with a PS2 controller than Xbox, in these types of games where you can only move from left to right and jump it is better to use a crosshead instead of a stick, the PS2 controller's crosshead is more comfortable than the Xbox one and which gives you more comfort when it comes to moving a character.
However, if you are a fan of doing special attacks like the Hadouken for example, it is better to use the stick in combat, because to execute these movements you have to go up and down with the stick pressing the button you have assigned to make the fist or strong fist, although to be honest, there is not much drama with using the stick with time you can get used to it haha.

ufff a mi si me encantaba este videojuego, las peleas eran épicas, más que todo cuando nos enfrentábamos a los jefes finales, también había conocido a personajes que antes desconocía en estos universos.
