How did I meet Hive?
It is a somewhat curious story, my cousin @epilatero has a friend who now lives in Portugal. She is Venezuelan, there was a time when she was alone at home because she had to attend university and her parents decided to go to Portugal without her, shortly after she knows a page called steemit, she lasts a while publishing posts on that page and with that, she could support herself for a while with the earnings that gave her that blockchain, then when she finished college and set course to Portugal Steemit out of nowhere falls and shortly after Hive was born, She noticed that Hive was a little more stable than Steemit, and that had not been around for so long, she let my cousin know and he immediately wanted to try his luck on this platform, he had to shoot many arrows in the air, but eventually, the curators noticed him, he was doing quite well and decided to recommend us to create an account to me and my brother @joheredia21.
He told me many wonders about Hive, my older brother didn't think twice and decided to create an account too, he also had to work hard to get to where he is. However, I wasn't up for it at first so I decided to wait a while to see if I was ready. Hive has its rules and I didn't want to write anything crazy, making a bad first impression, nevertheless, I went through and read different posts about what to do, how to start, and at home, I was also guided. That's how I got to know Hive.
When did I start Hive?
It's a funny story, I made my account in mid-August and I even made a banner for the occasion, but I never put it, time went by and I always forgot to edit, it was until the last days of September when I finally decided to put a profile picture and design a new banner because I didn't like the other one and that is still my banner, but not until one or two weeks later when I made my first publication. So, in theory, it took me more than 2 months to make my first post after I made my account, I know I'm slow, but hey better late than never, right?
What motivated me to continue on Hive?
There was a time in mid-December that I stopped posting things in both PeakD and 3speak and it's due to the fact that I had a low FPS, that is, I had no desire to publish anything for different reasons, eventually I realized that making posts about crafts or making gameplay videos was not very attractive to see, so I decided to do things that maybe I liked curators and human users of Hive.
During that period that I was inactive, my older brother was always on top of me to get me back, because he knows better than me, that no matter what, I was going to be happy here, instead of working in a warehouse for someone else. It wasn't only him who supported me, once when I came back to the platform with my Pixelmon post, he had too much support in general and my family congratulated me for that, the most sensational thing is that when I made my Gran Turismo post, for the first time @Ocd voted for me.
I want to thank the whole Hive Gaming community that's where I publish and where I feel more comfortable, I also want to thank @Ocd and all its partners for all the support they gave, that they give me and hopefully they continue like this because I like to do what I do and I always want to improve my content, I also thank @eddiespino who supported me when I started before my inactivity @apreciator also who recently voted one of my posts for the first time, all my followers who always see and vote my post and above all my family and friends who always support me, this video would be an impossible thing without them.
What good things has Hive done for me?
Many things the truth, first it taught me to work better in my writing when writing a post, read more, be careful with the links I share, and handle well the codes when I have to publish, it has also made me reinforce my spelling, when I was in the first years at school there was a time where I wrote "Ice cream" but without the "H" without comments.
With the income I could invest in headphones that I could sell, it also helped me to keep the house, I could buy things for me too, like an adapter for PlayStation 2 controllers for pc and PlayStation 3, tools to clean game console controllers, a pair of headphones for myself hahaha that were damaged and the best of all, I could revive my baby, I got my classic Xbox fixed, I always say it but it was 8 years asleep and thanks to the income I got in Hive I could bring it back.
What are your goals in Hive?
Well first and foremost is to maintain my constancy on the platform that for me is the most important thing, when the posts I came up with many ideas, I want to have several sections to have clear content in my profile, as I said before I will not devote to the videos, I like more now that I'm writing about video games that catch my attention and especially that are rare, not so well known.
In my profile, if you haven't noticed since I finished with the Retro Gaming Blogging Challenge initiative proposed by @marcoquin a greeting for him, unconsciously I created a section called "let's talk about" which is like the most random section I have because there they pass all kinds of games that I find interesting so that later I dedicate a post to them, then that is one, also from time to time I upload a post about repairing a game console controller or anything that has to do with a gamer setup, that is also a section that I still don't know how to call it.
The new sections that I want to make I am preparing one of them that I still don't know how it will be called will be about the free games that I played when I was a kid, make a small review when I was a kid I played several games so some are very interesting, obviously you can't compare a free game with a real pc game or a console game.
The other section I want to create is the one I'm looking forward to the most and I hope everything goes well with this one, this section will be called "cult games" or something like that, these are the videogames that I spent more hours playing, that left a mark on me, marked my childhood and above all because nowadays their creators left them in oblivion, that is, there will be no more games of those sagas.

Me dijo muchas maravillas sobre Hive, mi hermano mayor no lo pensó 2 veces y decidió también en crearse una cuenta, él también tuvo que trabajar duro para llegar hasta donde el está. ¿Cuándo inicié en Hive?

¿Qué me motivó a seguir en Hive?
Hubo un tiempo a mediados de diciembre que dejé de publicar cosas tanto en PeakD como en 3speak y es por el hecho que me dio un bajón de FPS, es decir, no tenía ánimos de publicar nada por diferentes razones, con el tiempo me di cuenta que hacer post sobre manualidades o hacer vídeos de gameplays no era muy atractivo de ver, así que tiré por hacer las cosas que tal vez les gusté curadores y a los usuarios humanos de Hive.
Durante ese periodo que estuve inactivo mi hermano mayor estuvo siempre encima mío para que yo volviera, porque él sabe mejor que yo, que pasará lo que pasará me iba a sentir feliz aquí, en vez de trabajar en una bodega para otra persona. No fue sólo él que me apoyo, una vez cuando yo volví a la plataforma con mi publicación de Pixelmón, tuvo demasiado apoyo en general y mi familia me felicitó por eso, lo más sensacional es que cuando hice mi publicación de Gran Turismo, por primera vez @Ocd me votó.
Quiero agradecerle a toda la comunidad de Hive Gaming ahí es donde yo público y donde me siento más cómodo, también quiero agradecerle a @Ocd y todos sus socios por todo el apoyo que dieron, que me dan y ojalá sigan así porque a mi me gusta hacer lo que hago y siempre quiero mejorar mi contenido, también agradezco a @eddiespino que me apoyo cuando empecé antes de mi inactividad @apreciator también que recientemente voto uno de mis post por primera vez, a todos mis seguidores que siempre ven y votan mis post y sobre todo a mi familia y amigos que siempre me apoyan, este video sería una cosa imposible sin ellos.
¿Qué cosas buenas ha hecho Hive por mí?
Muchas cosas la verdad, primero me enseño a trabajar mejor en mi redacción a la hora de escribir un post, leer más, ser cuidadoso con los enlaces que comparto y manejar bien los códigos cuando debo publicar, también me ha hecho reforzar mi ortografía, cuando estuve en los primeros años en la escuela hubo una vez donde escribí “Helado” pero sin la “H” sin comentarios jajajajajajjaja.
Con los ingresos pude invertir en audífonos que pude vender, también me sirvió para ayudar a mantener la casa, pude comprar cosas para mí también, como un adaptador para controles de PlayStation 2 para pc y PlayStation 3, herramientas para limpiar controles de videoconsolas, un par de audífonos para mi sólito jajaja que se me dañaron y la mejor de todo, pude revivir a mi bebe logré que arreglaran mi Xbox clásica, siempre lo digo pero estuvo 8 años dormida y gracias a los ingresos que conseguí en Hive la pude traer de vuelta.
¿Qué metas tienes en Hive?
Bueno primero y principal es mantener mi constancia en la plataforma que para mi es lo más importante, en cuando a los posts se me ocurrieron muchas ideas, quiero tener varias secciones para tener un contenido claro en mi perfil, como dije antes yo no le voy a dedicar a los videos, me gusta más ahora que estoy escribiendo sobre videojuegos que me llamen la atención y sobre todo que sean raros, no tan conocidos.
En mi perfil por si no lo han notado desde que finalicé con la iniciativa de Retro Gaming Blogging Challenge que la propuso @marcoquin un saludo para él, inconscientemente creé una sección que se llama “let's talk about” que es como la sección más random que tengo, porque ahí pasan todo tipo de juegos que me parezcan interesantes, para que después les dedique un post, entonces esa es una, también de vez en cuando subo un post sobre reparación de un mando de videoconsolas o cualquier cosa que tenga que ver son un setup gamer esa también es una sección que todavía no sé cómo llamarla.
Las nuevas secciones que quiero hacer las estoy preparando una de ellas que todavía no sé como se va a llamar va tratar sobre los juegos gratuitos que yo jugué cuando era pequeño, hacerles una pequeña reseña, yo de pequeño jugaba varios juegos así algunos son muy interesantes, obvio no se puede comparar a un juego gratuito con un juego verdadero de pc o de consola de sobremesa o portátil.
La otra sección que quiero crear es la que más ganas le tengo y espero que todo salga bien con esta, esta sección se va a llamar “juegos de culto “o algo así, que son los videojuegos que más horas les dediqué, que me dejaron una huella, marcaron mi infancia y sobre todo porque en la actualidad ya sus creadores los dejaron en el olvido, es decir, que no habrá más juegos de esas sagas.
