Rebellion Card Set has been the talk of the people within the Splinterlands Game Universe. With its beautiful and amazing artwork, players are wondering how much they would purchase since you will have the option not to open those card packs and try to hold them down for better value in the long run while getting some airdrops through staking. I think those that are unopened card packs do have much great value in terms of staking compared to those individual cards that are already exposed with their rarities, except that are in legendary especially those that are golden which have a very high remarkable pricing.
Day by day cards are being deducted which is a big plus on how this card set is really important to every player. As of creating this article, it is around 208K remaining and in a couple of days either the card pre-sale ends or it will be sold out before that happens. Either way, I still see a big success as more than half of the supply has already been distributed and just waiting if they will open those packs or just hold them for a quiet moment in time. The card set may not be big since it is only a total of 96 cards unique cards in it and I am sure that if a player did buy a bunch of these card sets, I would assume that he would manage to nearly full its level, especially those that are commons which is easily be acquired.
What's important in this presale is the two guaranteed cards that can easily be acquired. The purchaser just to make sure to get the minimum required packs to purchase or get more than that could get you a couple of those cards which has the potential of leveling them up to make it a more powerful card compared to being a base one. These two bonus cards have several skills and players sense them as powerful cards that need to be acquired to be potentially competitive in card battles. Anyway, these two are just a bonus, how much more those that are inside those packs, I see that these individual cards will serve as great add-ons to the existing ones since players and the game creators behind Splinterlands are making sure that these cards will be potentially be loved by all if possible.
On my side, I am still trying to build up my funds before the presale ends so that I will have also a chance of getting those bonus cards. But still, funds are still low, and need to get additional funds from either balance I get from my blogs or via in-game, which has a better amount of it. But I don't think I will be able to purchase 100 packs since you need to combine Vouchers and a 5000 DEC in every pack which is kinda hard on my side since I haven't staked a lot of SPS to earn that or I don't have enough Hive token to purchase additional DEC token and Vouchers.
Anyway, time will tell if I will be able to purchase before the presale ends or if I will just buy these card packs after the presale, but the drawback is that I missed the opportunity of having those free promo cards.
Checking on those promo cards, and purchasing 100 packs, you will get 5% more bonus packs. It is very tempting as you get those packs in a discounted way. However, purchasing these packs should be done in one transaction to be able to qualify for these promo offers. And if the player is able to purchase a good number of packs then the in-game name of that purchaser will surely be in the Leaderboard. Those who make it into the Leaderboard will get some special benefits of earning a specific Title In-game and plus top 6 of those will have a chance to coordinate with developers in the creation of Summoner which is really fantastic.
Players earning those titles will have a sense of pride in their hearts in which these are only limited. I have checked on the leaderboard, I can see that the overall packs sold are 261,764 while giving bonus packs worth 30,194 packs which I see as very generously rewarding to purchasers. I think it will go further up once we are nearing to presale ending and that more packs will be sold after that.
Another thing that intrigues me most are those abilities and skills that are very new in the Rebellion card set. And based on the articles that I have read, most of these skills will shake the arena, which I think has a big impact on brawlers. I think this is a must-have if you are a brawler since these skills can truly be chaotic to opponents whenever it will be mastered. Another thing is the multi-element summoners which will be newly introduced to players with their option of skills and tactics as well. It is a bit complicated as I read them but I am sure that players will able to make adjustments to these changes and they will come up with a better effort on how they will able to incorporate them with their existing cards to create a better strategy and tactics.
Dual Element is truly an amazing concept and I haven't even thought about it since most summoners have only a single element. But this time it would be a total different in which a Summoner will able to make adjustments on its own and the monster units it commands. It's more like a light-side Summoner turned to a dark-side Summoner or vice versa. It is terrific to see whenever these cards are purchasable in the market and that you will have a variety of options to buy them in individual cards if you want but it would be more costly. That is why purchasing in presale would be the best recommendation so that you have a bigger discount plus a chance to get good cards and be able to post them in the market for trading. Anyway, it's at the player's discretion whether he wants to keep those cards or just have them sold in the market for better profit.
Now, second, the ability choice is also a great add-on since you have the option to select which ability of the Summoner you want to use. Activating only those abilities that are advantage in the battle against an opponent and just leaving the other ability not in use that is not that advantage.
Another thing is that you will able to buff any monster or entire team if possible with that Target Option ability. This is another thrilling add-on and it will truly change the game it is built on. I love how the Splinterlands team created this new concept and how they delivered the game to another level.
I am looking forward to the cards of Rebellion and I am still hoping that individual cards in the market or individual packs will not be that expensive once presale ends.
