Harbinger of a New World.

No, I didn't give up with this game nor I did abandon it. I'm just a little busy with the other games I recently tried and still trying. So, after bidding Colonel Monro goodbye forever, Shay joined the Templar and became one of them officially and I was surprised seeing someone there.

I was at New York and had to meet the secret orders of the Templars somewhere so I went there and I found some Templar heads there. One of them was in the dark and he asked Shay if he swear to uphold the principles of their order and all that for which they stand and never to share their secrets nor divulge the true nature of their work.

Shay accepted all the terms and I got surprised to see Haytham E. Kenway as the Templar head there who came forward and welcomed Shay into their fold. He said Shay is now a Templar, harbinger of a New World.

Haytham Kenway is the son of Edward Kenway (the protagonist, assassin of Black Flag) and father of Ratonhnhaké:ton (the protagonist, assassin of Assassin's Creed 3) and I still don't know how he became a Templar when both his dad and son were great assassins. Achilles guided his son and Adéwalé was his father's partner in crime.

I was disconnected from the animus after that and found that lady guiding me talking to her boss who was happy as I was getting a good concept from Shay's life. According to that lad, Shay has seen the true face of the world and has chosen his path accordingly.

The lady then said she didn't think I'd get this far and she added that they still couldn't access the servers in the basement and I had to work on it.

The lady said there's another server located at the top of the building, near Melanie's office which was my next stop and when I was going to restore the CCO server, Melanie asked me to stop by her office as she had something to talk about.

I met Melanie Lemay at her office and she granted me Level 2 security access as she liked how I was working well with Shay's memory. She mentioned the servers on this floor should unlock more of Shay's memories.

Now I had to look for the server room first and it was not so hard no as I got level 2 security clearance and when I found the server room, I restored the server and unlocked some memories.

Then I was asked to return to my animus to work on the rest of Shay's memory and I was told that I'm aiding a worthy cause, even if I do not yet know what it is.

When I got back into the animus, we found another glitch and found Shay back at Notre-Dame in Paris and it was 1776 when Franklin was the American ambassador to France. Now I had to locate Benjamin Franklin and I got this optional objectives of killing 3 criminals with air assassinations.

I located Franklin getting threaten by two criminals in an alley when two more were guarding. The criminals were ordering Franklin to go back to Boston and I air assassinated those two without making any noise so the other two on guards don't detect me yet.

Then I air assassinated the other two as well and completed the optional objectives.

Then I had to talk to Franklin where Franklin first thanked Shay to save his life being surprised seeing him there. Shay said this is not time to talk as Franklin was still in danger and Franklin said he must return to his family.

Now on our way to escort Franklin, I had to kill three criminals before they could attack Franklin and I even got timer countdown to know when the criminals would attack Franklin so I killed them first before that time.

Franklin went to his family asking me to wait as he must know his family was safe and when I was out waiting for him, I got exact 2 minutes (120 seconds) to locate and kill 5 criminals around this place before they'd attack Franklin.

I started locating the criminals using my eagle vision and I started taking them down one by one.

After killing two criminals on the ground, I found two more on some roofs and I killed them as well and then I had to locate the last one.

I couldn't locate the last one after searching around for sometimes so I got back to Franklin as he came out of his place and I waited there to fight the last criminal if he comes to attack Franklin but he shot Franklin from far and the mission was failed as Franklin has died.

As I understood where the fifth criminal was hiding, I took him down first now with the next try and then I returned to Franklin after taking down all other criminals.

Franklin was surprised about how Shay or I did it (locating and killing all the criminals before he came out) and he asked what he could do for Shay to repay this kindness and Shay said he wants to meet a business acquaintance inside a Royal Palace.

Franklin didn't promise anything as anyone can't get inside the Royal Palace but he said he'd see what can be arranged and the mission was completed with 100% memory sync.

We were out of the glitch and found Shay with Haytham Kenway just outside their meeting place where Shay joined the Templars officially. Haytham was asking Shay what he knew about the Assassin's works and he talked about the temples holding the earth together like roots and disturbing them would cause havoc.
