Moonkarts: Let's get the excitement of pack opening with me.
If you are already following me then you were already aware of that I am currently playing and reviewing the arcadecolony games for quite some time. I already shared my journey about single player race, generating fuel, multiplayer race, gears available in game to enhance the game experience and various methods available or pools that can be used to swap one game token of Arcade colony to another. Till now, I have few assets i.e cards to start my initial play, bought SCRIPT to generate fuel and COLONY tokens (that I also get from airdrop too.) Opening the CENTAURAI pack is one of my goals and finally, I got the chance.
To open a pack, (I assume you have already purchased one), you need to visit the Play menu of the game, where you will see "My Packs" that I already circled with yellow colour in the above screenshot, Just go ahead and click on the "My Packs", it will send you to the other screen in which you will see your packs.
This is how the next screen looks. Since I have only one pack, it shows 1 in a red circle and prompts me to "open now," which I definitely want to do today so I went ahead and clicked on open now.
Wait it did not immediately open the pack, instead it went to another screen for confirmation if I want to use the "Legendary Flux" (that increases the chance of getting a legendary card) or the "Gold Flux (that increases the chance of getting a Gold card). Since I do not have any flux, so checked box of "Use Flux" do not matter to me but if someone has flux in the account and do not want to use it then make sure to pay attention to this checkbox. Anyway I clicked again on "Open Packs" and some magic started to happen.
Yeah, it is the same screen that comes on the game loading, is used to do "Aabra ka Daabra" (ok, I took liberty here, basically I mean they give a feel that something magical is happening behind the screen.) and suddenly I got a glimpse of cards.
Still they are maintaining the suspense, in this case, you have to either click on the specific card or use the "Reveal All" feature to see all your cards. Since for me it is 5 cards, I got to them one by one only.
To my luck, I have pulled out an epic kart i.e "Quasar Sport" and I was really glad to see this kart, If you remember in my previous article Moonkarts: Let burn FUEL and rule the COLONY., I have a dedicated section titled "For the better Kart handling." to talk about what gears can make the Kart handling better. Another aspect is that "handling" is the characteristics of the Kart also, if it already comes with good handling then you need not to struggle with Kart even if you do not add the gear.
I immediately decided to test my epic "Quasar Sport" Kart with the Driver "Blaze" and handling was really breeze even without external gear. I guess adding some acceleration gear and handling gear on this kart will really going to help in take part and win some Multiplayer race.
When I checked the market, minimum selling price is $3.49 for this Kart and only 10 karts are available for the sale , so I guess I am lucky here to get the epic Kart.

It doesn't look like a lot of cards are there on the market, but I do think it's a nice pack opening. I didn't realize there were the equivalent of the potions in splinterlands, but it makes sense.
Yes. market is thin and I guess , there is still scope for more players to try and test the game.
I really don't understand this game very well, I'm going to check out the guide and see if I can play something.
