Hello Again My Friends
Welcome back. Today I have the final figma model that I built over the past weekend. This is actually the new line up from Bandai Namco called 30 Minute Fantasy. The ones that I previously shown on here were 30 Minute Mission which are military themed. With this particular model, it's medieval and fantasy theme. Which is my favorite when it comes to anime. Although, I do very much like the military theme models. I figured it would be a nice change of pace to try and build something new. And let me tell ya, this model has waaay more pieces than what I've previously been building. Lets dive right into the fantasy world of Liber Knight!
The box is really coolio. But, I very much would like to see more dynamic poses from the model. I only say this because it would show me what the figma model is capable of, in terms of flexibility and how well it moves with the armor pieces. but thats just the front of the box. Now, the side of the box tells a different story. It shows a few different poses from the armor version and also the base model. It also comes with a shield and a sword. Based on the poses that the side of the box shows, I can tell that the model has human like articulation, which is a major plus. Overall the box design is well put together and creative. I'd like to also point out that the box is quite big. Bigger than the 30 Minute Mission boxes.
As you can tell from the photo, this is why the box was so big. There are soo many parts that needs to be put together. More parts than Spinatia and Spinatio combined! The more pieces the better, at least for me. I also like the color scheme. It reminds me of the American version of the Super Nintendo. I noticed that there's numbers on the parts. This probably means that the instructions will be a little easier to follow along.
Okay, I didn't even read the story because I was inthralled by the design of the model. But this actually sounds very interesting. Most of the humans being wiped off from planet earth but some escaped to outer space due to an anomaly called the "Elements". So the remaining humans developed something called MAXIMILIA, to combat the situation. This sounds really cool. Why isn't this an anime or a video game???
When I took this photo of the base model. I was already 1 hour in! I was not kidding when I said that there was so many pieces of Liber Knight. Unlike the other 2 figma models I've built, this one has 2 components of movements. From the chest, to the hip area. I was quite impressed with the articulation of those parts and also the shoulders. It has forward and backward movements, just like a human! The face design is probably one of my favorites, It's quite well designed in my honest opinion. His eyes are blue crystals that shines if you angle it to the light. The face mask can also be removed where it shows his teeth. It's actually pretty creepy (lol). I like how he has a crystal in his chest too. Reminds me of Nexus Prime. 😊
This is what the base model version looks like. It's one of the coolest models that I've ever built. Better than Spinatio and Spinatia. The face, the chest, the arms, and just the whole body is well put together! Whoever designed this character did one hell of a job. It even has more range of motion and feels very premium, even though that it's only $20. Definitely worth getting this if you're into figmas. I know I am! This will go very well on my desk. Just like the other figma models from Bandai Namco, this also has a 2nd form. Lets take a look at the photos I've taken. ☺️

I have a ravenous hunger for more figma models. So, I'm probably going to get more (lol). There was one that I've been eyeing for while now called the Liber Archer but unfortunately they're out of stock. So, I guess I gotta wait for those to pop back up in stock. 😅 Again, this is probably one of the best models I've built so far. The design and human like movement are one of the best features for this model. I think the next thing that I may get is a mech from Armored Core. I heard that game was also pretty good, so I'll have to definitely check that out as well.
Another Adult Swim bumper that I still listen to. I remember seeing and watching this between commercials back in 2005. They use to play this a lot when Wolf's Rain was about to come on. Gosh I miss those days when Adult Swim had that style, that aesthetic.

This model looks absolutely stunning. You can tell the maker put a lot of effort into this design. I hope you get your hands on that Liber Archer soon.
I know right? I am super happy how it turned out. ☺️ There's another website called Entertainment Earth where I can get liber archer, but it doesn't come out until June. 🥲

How nice these toys look!!! I remember when I was a kid I used to collect some, but one day I lost them in a move, this toy looks really cool, I would love to have one like this sometime.
Yeah, you should definitely get one of these. The process of building them is very satisfying. You can get them from hobbylink japan or Amazon.
