I make my way to the old shipyard Jimmy mentioned. Well, things didn't go as planned. This is the fourth episode of Washington Malevolence.

Note: The mod was updated since I played it, so things may be different.

The mods I used in this series are listed here. Also, the complete playlist is now available on Youtube and Odysee

And here are the timestamps:

  • 00:40 - I'm at Old Jimmy's Shack and check the map. I take the road to the south to see what I can find.
  • 02:13 - A few boxes in the trailer. I check the cliffs to the southwest before going to the lower areas.
  • 05:46 - I can see Flackland Village from the rocks. I return to the road and walk west.
  • 08:56 - Another look at the map. I continue heading west and find a building.
  • 10:34 - Some boxes near the truck and inside the trailer. I open the gates and discover the Bay Paving & Towing Company office.
  • 11:16 - Some Feral Ghouls were inside. Not much to loot. I access the Bay Paving Terminal. I read the "Employee Messaging" entry but missed the "Daily Reports" one (how blind).
  • 12:32 - A Dean's Electronics is on the desk and under some burned books.
  • 12:47 - Back outside. I make my way to the elevated highway. It's when I noticed I forgot to regenerate the LOD with xLodGen.
  • 14:13 - See the ranches on the left? I forgot about it.
  • 14:31 - I continue on the highway, looking for something, but found nothing. I return to the road and then north from the Bay Paving office.
  • 16:17 - I take the road the southeast road uphill. Some Feral Ghouls at the end of the road.
  • 18:00 - I throw a grenade toward the creature, and Sam spawns next to the fence (LOL). Accomack County Waste Disposal. I search the waste barrels.
  • 19:48 - Entering the Office. A few items to loot, including a Nuka Quantum on the desk. Also, a workbench and a bottlecap mine.
  • 20:42 - Back outside. I go west and then south.
  • 22:01 - A few dismantled shacks and a radio tower further south. Apex discovered.
  • 23:23 - I get closer to the radio tower. There's a gate nearby leading to another Underground section of the tunnel.
  • 24:42 - I check the local map and follow the only path available.
  • 25:58 - The path is blocked. The Clearing The Way unmarked quest is the only way to open it.
  • 27:17 - I return north to the main objective.
  • 30:46 - I reach a cliff and get a good view of the island. I turn east on my way down the rocks.
  • 33:46 - Sam and the team aren't good at jumping down the rocks.
  • 34:07 - Three Albino Radscorpions on the ground level. I throw grenades and shoot them. I reach the ground level to take the creature's meat before finding a toolbox with some food.
  • 36:01 - I proceed northeast towards the factory. I turn east and follow the road until I see some tents. A few robots in the area.
  • 38:14 - Inspecting the tents (not much except the robots' loot). I jump on the beach and head to the pier. Pirates' Landing is discovered.
  • 41:25 - I approach the shacks, and Sam offers to inspect one of the shacks while say to us to check the others.
  • 41:43 - The bathroom is locked. There's some ammo on a shelf in the alley.
  • 42:11 - I enter the Mess Hall on the west side. A few items here and there.
  • 43:11 - I enter the Office. The Cell requires a key.
  • 43:55 - I go upstairs to find the Transit Manifest. It was on the desk near the west wall, and something exploded. It's a trap!

What happens next? Watch the next episode.

Nice to see some folks still in Fallout 3!

It's a fun game, especially on PC, where you can install mods. While not many mods are being created for Fo3 - most modders moved to FNV - what exists is enough for hundreds of hours.
I personally like the atmosphere of the DC Ruins/Wasteland.
