LICENCE TO KILL - DOMARK - AMSTRAD REVIEW

in Hive Gaming6 months ago (edited)

Licence To Kill is a shoot'em up game for Amstrad, among other systems, published by Domark in 1989.

James Bond and his friend Félix manage to capture the dangerous trafficker Sanchez in a risky operation. The drug trafficker manages to escape and murders Félix's wife, in addition to leaving the latter seriously injured.

It is now super agent 007 who, thirsty for revenge, pursues the evil criminal to end his empire of drugs and terror once and for all.

Licence To Kill captures some of the most iconic moments from the film it is based on, and does so through a top-down arcade shooter.

The first three levels show the pursuit of Sánchez until he is captured. In the first one we go on board a helicopter, in the second on foot, and in the third we hang from a cable that we have to tie to the boss's plane.

In the following scenario, James Bond is discovered intercepting a drug shipment in deep water. He has to maneuver by diving until he obtains a harpoon with which to attach himself to a seaplane and thus be able to escape.

Finally, 007 must dismantle a convoy of drug-laden tanker trucks, taking control of one of them and running over all the others, until they are blown to pieces.

A great game bro! Many memories found here, I thought I was going to find a longer review here, but I saw your external link to another blog and I ended up liking it anyway, it was good to read it over there, although I think you should put it here in the same way and at the end you put the external blog link. I think the idea is that the readers read the contents here in Hive, my friend. It's just an opinion and you can take it as an advice if you like.
It was good to pass by here, greetings!

Thanks for the comment. The idea is to encourage people to reach the blog, so I use this Hive entry as a little preview. Of course there are many points of view about that...
