Seven steps closer to God - Way of the Cross

Welcome to my Shadow of the Tomb Raider series this is episode number 14

There will be a lot of excitement in today's episode! We'll start with Escape where everyone will try to kill us and everything around us will explode.Later Lara will take us to a more religious place where we will take part in the Stations of the Cross. When everything starts to go our way we will lose everything in one moment. At the end of the episode we will start to run away from the cataclysm again. Today's episode was one of the best because it doesn't lack emotions, twists and dynamics. I really recommend this game to everyone!

Here we go!

We begin the episode by escaping our opponents. Everyone around us is trying to kill us and everything around is exploding. Very cool atmosphere prevails in this escape, the fire that is everywhere gives us the opportunity to feel the action.

The explosion caused us to fall down. We are falling into the water and everything is burning in the background. Lara goes into a rage, mercilessly kills the enemy in her way by stabbing him in the heart. She takes the machine gun in her hand in this fury We go to kill the rest of the opponents.

While fighting our opponents, a helicopter arrives unexpectedly and shoots at us. After a hard fight we manage to shoot down the helicopter and kill the rest of our opponents. Our friend Jonah is alive. We managed to save our friend!

Our trail leads to Peru our silver chest should be in the local church. So we go straight to the church where we are looking for clues. On the walls we have hidden various paintings that will lead us to our destination.

Like Jesus Christ, we take up the cross on our shoulders. As we did so a secret entrance appeared in the floor to which a sunbeam led us.

We are now in the basement of the church. There we find a hidden Stations of the Cross that leads us to the main chapel. In the chapel the people who sit in the pews have been locked up and mummified. It looks as if they are eternally praying even after death.

Our task was to direct the sun's rays to open the altar in which the silver chest was hidden. After a few unsuccessful attempts we managed to create the right combination to open the hidden place.

Unfortunately, our joy did not last long. Lara falls into a trap and we end up underwater. After a short while we manage to swim out of this trap. Unfortunately, the trinity's men caught up with our friend Jonah and took his chest.

Again, we have to fight a battle with the warriors of the trinity. This time the fight will be aggressive and we will use machine guns for it. The opponents were too many to kill them all silently. When we manage to kill them all our friend is caught and the chest is stolen.

Cataclysm strikes again. A volcano erupts and an earthquake destroys the entire city. We must escape to avoid dying here. Another dynamic action in which we don't even have time to think. Miraculously we manage to survive, together with a friend we return to Paititi to retrieve the silver chest.

Today's episode in my opinion was the best. A lot of action with adrenaline rushing through my blood. Interesting story with the Stations of the Cross. I was really positively surprised!
