Today I wanna talk about moon karts. I’ve been taking a look at it for a few days now and today I’ll be writing about it.
Yesterday we took a look at the first part of the karts and parts section. I spoke about the karts and its various types. I also spoke about its uniqueness and how they are different from each other. Today I’ll be taking a look at the parts. Parts are basically the cards of the karts. We can also refer to his as car parts as in the real world.
Let’s take a look at the tech cards also know as car parts. Note that we have the engine tech upgrades, tires tech upgrades, body kit tech upgrades, gearbox tech upgrades, accessories and balancing customisation and competition.
So as I said in the previous post. Upgrading your karts and other characters in the game plays a crucial role in the game as well. You can’t use a low level race kart to beat someone who has upgraded his kart and characters to the highest level. There might be situations where this can happen if the player has insane game strategy but this rarely happens.
Let’s look at the engine tech upgrades.
We gave the common engine refinement, rare engine tune up, epic engine enhancement and legendary engine upgrade.
With the common engine refinement the effect provided a slight increase in the top speed of the equipped vehicle. There are 0 side effects.
When you tune up the rare engine this affects the top speed in the vehicle and boosts it up to 7%. It also affects the mechanics by increasing the top speed moderately.
With epic speed enhancement it significantly enhances the top speed of the vehicle by a 15% and affects and reduces its acceleration by 2%. It also helps strike a balance between speed and acceleration.
With legendary tire grip it greatly improves the handling and tune radius of the vehicle by 25%. This inturn affects the vehicles top speed by 5%.
Let’s move on to the accessories in moon karts. Adding accessories in the real world to a car doesn’t make the car very different but it gives it a slight advantage over other vehicles. So on moon karts adding accessories such as antennas, wheels and exhaust pipes make your kart slightly better than the rest.
We have the common accessories, rare accessories, epic and legendary accessories.
With the common accessories the antennas offer a 1% handling boost and also aids in navigating tight corners when racing. The wheels are standard wheels that help in balancing the grip and traction and Laos providing a 1% acceleration boost. The exhaust pipes enhance the kart’s speed by 1% as well.
With the rare accessories the antenna provides a 2% boost, the wheels also a 2% and the pipes as well.
With the epic the antenna, wheels and pipes offer a 3% boost.
And then with the legendary the antenna, wheels and pipes offer a 4% boost. All this goes to show that they are not significant enough but they give you a slight edge.
