I love this game, it reminds me a lot of Gran Turismo 4 but with more modern models, although sometimes I think it has some flaws in the mechanics. For example, the tires of the car never wear out. Cheers. 😄
Me too, hmm I am not sure if I played GT4 but I know what you mean about the tires. In the PS2 game if you burned through your tires the car would start handling really bad.. It does not seem to do that in this game.
With 3 Kids and another 2 on the way any day now (Hopefully soon for sake of my wife!) I've been more pulled toward racing games like Mario Kart 8 on the switch :)
Gotta love the ability for my 4-year-old to "Play" since the game will automatically keep him on the track... make him go... and even help steer a bit :) He enjoys it, and it's a fun way for me and my older kids, and him to all play together.
Gran Turismo 6 looks like a great game to dive into the realism though for sure! Fun that you're able to emulate it on your computer.
Hi, do you manage to have good performances ? When I tried, some tracks were buggy and made the game crash. Or I had some texture issues also. Finally I bought a used PS3 !
Its a mix of a high performance PC, take a look at my specs. And having the right config. I suggest looking on Youtube and trying to set your config to what they have.
Took me a few hours just to get the game running, you cannot update it too far or it will not run. So theres a finesse to setting this up. Googling RPCS3 and GT6 settings will get you mostly there.

I love Mario Kart as well, it runs great on the Dolphin and Cemu emulators.
Heh yeah I play that game with my partner @activate.alpha they would not play any other racing game besides Mario Kart because its quite forgiving.
GT and Forza requires many hours of play before you get the hang of it.. and its just too much for most people.
Yeah I quite happy I got it working on my PC, that i9 CPU really helped.
Lol, I'm probably in this category :)
I, unfortunately, don't have a ton of time available for gaming these days unless I can use it as a way to spend time with my family.
But I love that games can be an easy way to do something together with my kids.
