I have a 19 inch and 32 inch crt in my back room that I have a Nintendo Entertainment System hooked up to. (I'm located in the USA) I had to have one for duck hunt. I did play an Nintendo 64 on a 32 inch flat screen around a year ago and it looked terrible. It was essentially unplayable. I do emulate Playstation 1 games on my PSP but I only play rpgs on it. Input lag doesn't make much of a difference on those types of games. The small screen makes it look good still but I have it set not to take up the whole screen so it doesn't stretch past original aspect ratio. There is so much science behind playing old games and having them be enjoyable. Its easy to destroy all the good memories of the oldies by plugging a coax cable into the back of a 4k 50 inch tv.
